Tbh, while I’m not saying it’s not a decent venue. I’ve never been all that impressed by it. The “12th man” I think is really just a dumb gimmick, it’s the teams front office trying to say “look look, we’ve got the best fans in the world, we’re awesome!!!!!” If you really have the best fans that should speak for itself, it shouldn’t require a gimmick arranged by the team’s front office to show it. And no, how loud they are doesn’t show it either in this case, because the stadium is designed for that. The fact that Kansas City is louder without any type of a roof on their stadium to trap sound in I feel says so much more
The gimmick started in 1984 when the number 12 was retired for the fans. It was the kingdome that was really loud. I bet the kingdome was louder than the lumen field. It’s really not a gimmick Seahawks fans have been extremely loud for a very long time.
@@jeremyweber8874from what I’ve learned it’s not that Seattle fans are louder than other fans, it’s the construction of lumen field that at one point made it the loudest stadium somewhere around 140 decibels (there’s a video about it on UA-cam).
Not a huge Seahawks fan but I can say...super fun games to go to.
A very fun venue to see a live football game at!
fantastic video Archive of Everything. I crushed that thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the exceptional work.
Thanks I seriously appreciate it
I went to my first game this year. You can feel the noise. The whole house was shaking it was nuts!
If anyone is interested it was week 13 vs the 9ers. They won on a goal line stand and I’ve never felt or herd a crowd that loud
I was at mnf last year and the noise was crazy
You should do films on Sicks Stadium, T-Mobile park and Keyarena. Those would be interesting
Going to the game Sunday against panthers and we’ll I’m a panthers fan that has live in Washington all my life and never went to a game I can’t wait
Seattle is loud.... But Arrowhead is the loudest. Seattle's record is 137.6 dB. Arrowhead is the world record holder at 142.2 dB.
Arrowhead Stadium broke the world record of the worlds loudest stadium
#LongLiveSeahawksStadium!
Buffalo has to be considered EXTREMELY LOUD also!!
