Harvey's family was always kinda messed up. The mom had an affair with her husband's best friend and made her little kid, Harvey lie about it for years after he caught them. Then when he couldn't handle it anymore and confessed to his father, his brother had the nerve to blame him for tearing their family apart saying he should've kept his mouth shut. Harvey's mom was right when she said his brother took his bad side from her. I never understood why the show kept picturing Harvey as the bad guy or the immature one for still being angry with his family and staying away from them he was more than justified to act like that.
Harvey's actual brother is probably a big reason as to why he is the person he is. Just because he made a mistake doesn't mean hes not Harvey's brother. Jesus Christ.
Man I just feel for Harvey. Managing the firm with Jessica gone, picking it up from the ground, the entire Mike ordeal, his thing of starting afresh and not being there when he needs him the most and now this. The stress just shows on his face. Brilliant acting by Gabriel Macht.

In a no-fault divorce system you can divorce on the basis that you are not happy with the marriage even neither party has committed any illegal and/or immoral act, there does not need to be any justification. Divorce isn't the main issue, but the custody is.
@@liangzhang9040 I understand how the system works. But logical people often don’t get divorced for silly reasons. The gambling addiction is bad, yes, but in this instance it has not created any lasting impact to their lives. I feel like the show was just reaching for drama at this point.
