Eased a lot of worry watching this - thanks so much! Would you have any recommendations for first time buyers when one of you is on a spousal visa? We're concerned this might impact our mortgage.
Hi jack, I'm a large distance from Manchester making it difficult to attend The Property Network Event, which I would love to attend. I hope to create a business involving property. You mentioning the PDF of property essentials peaked my interest. Would it be possible to purchase said document?
Hi George, thanks for commenting. We don’t currently sell our property essentials PDF. I am actually running a training evening in January if you’re wanting to get your property journey started? It’d be perfect if you’re looking to get the fundamentals sorted
I'm based in Essex and can't make it to the event. Is there a possibility of getting access to a recording of some kind? I take it your power team is based over in that direction and isn't really usable by anyone in other parts of the country?
Hi Pedro, that’s a shame! It would have been great to have you there. Unfortunately there is no recording that I can offer you. It’s something for us to consider for future events though
Hi Jack. I bought my own house to live in 11 months ago. Since than the solicitors still didn't give me the land registry. Because the house was build 3 years ago, they keep saying it takes longer than usual, but I feel they are just lazy. What can I do? Cheers
Unfortunately you’ll just have to wait. The land registry is very much behind at the moment due to the amount of transactions taking place. What is it you need the land registry title deeds for?
@@jackdavidsmith Thanks for your quick reply. I'm not british citizen so don't know all. I need the land registry doc to show the ownership in case at some point I want to sell the property.
@@Daniel-up7kz If you wanted to sell any the land registry hadn’t been updated you can contact your solicitor you purchased with and ask them for a completion statement to prove ownership

Hi jack do you know any good mortgage lenders that will accept 1 years self employment thanks
Do you think is better wait till 2026 to buy a house?we are first buyers ,we just cancelled,we were buying 2 bed house semidetached, interest 5.70
If you can afford it and plan on staying in the home for a good while then go for it. It’s never a good/bad time to buy
