Awesome content! It would be great if you could do a deep dive video with Mads doing a presentation on LT1 and LT2. If my understanding is correct, those not well trained have a blending of all the zones...so more volume of training, regardless of zones, is the key?

Moxy- muscle oxygen sensor. As mads says, it’s a way to measure internal load as opposed to external load.
