Just remember one of the foods first mentioned in the Bible is bread and working by the sweat of your brow. Bread is symbolic of many things in the Bible and still should be eaten. Many people need to stop eating the gluten in some foods and especially bread made out of grain that has been depleted of nutrition. People need to use the Ancient Grains to make their bread like Einkorn and Spelt. There are healthy recipes on the internet. Also in the Bible at the end of time we are told our bread and water will be sure. We must take the time to study and dig for truth. Many things that are stated today about healthy food is incorrect. Dig for the truth and pray and you will find it. I asked my father when he was young and they planted corn each year what they did to put nutrients back in the soil and he stated they would have a bumper crop of soybeans and then plow it under. Soy beans that are non-GMO are one of the highest nutrient Foods we can eat.
Why not list what to eat for the health of the kidney
Good idea, it’s nice to know what to avoid but a list of what to eat would. Something you can have folded in you wallet. 15:46

Wow this information is really good. Thank God I found this video. I have had kidney Stone suddenly and have had surgey so now I know what to eat because I never want to have kidney stone again because its horrible pain.
This is what we need to learn to stay focused more on our health.
So helpful!
What then can one eat not to increase damage to kidney?
If you have backbone’s talk about pharmaceutical companies damaging peoples heart disease liver disease
Ain’t that the truth. 60% of the pharmaceutical products cause liver failure at some point. They don’t care.
I recommend water with a side of water and just a little water for dessert. Enjoy!
I'll drink to that!

🤣🤣🤣
I hope they don't give you this diet when you go in the hospital! I almost starved on my last visit!

Onions. Garlic. Blueberries. And you're not going to live forever in this world! Great to be healthy. Better to know the Lord of the universe! His name is Jesus. And he died on a cross to pay for your sins and mine and everyone else's. But you have to ask his forgiveness and confess the he is LORD. But do it soon. Time is running out and he is coming for his church. There will be horrific misery after he comes and gets his born again believers. YOU WON'T WANT TO BE HERE! Heaven's better!
Wow 😮 I think u need to pray for yourself. U sound terrified

@rolandcortes469 yes we can. Following several videos I can still eat unleaded paint chips and dried dog poop. I do miss my ice cream and milk chocolate.😢😢😢

The planet is poisoned. We didn’t hear of this in the 70s!!
avocado, banana is better than eating instant noodles, soda, ice tea, sweet bread.
And the worst processed meats are better than Doritos and Coke.
Oh sorry you said it’s better , yes of course , as instant noodles contains a lot of preservative chemical that are harmful if eaten regularly and soda drinks is a no no , ice tea full of sugars and so as sweet bread .
@@cybersal7 Idc. I'm eating Doritos right now. 😂

Better tell us what to eat.
Well now, this is cheerful. I think I'll just drink water and skip food altogether. As an 80 year old growing up in the '40s, 50's and 60's I can tell you that people were blissfully unaware of all the information bombarding us nowadays and i honestly dont feel they were particularly unhealthy. Everything in moderation though of course those of us with kidney damage have to be careful.
Sadly, what you say is true, but food back then was still FOOD. Today, most food on store shelves are mostly manmade chemicals. And now they want us to eat lab-cteated meats!
Thank You! This not only makes sense but buys peace of mind as well ❤
Age is a factor as to what foods the body can handle well.
Most of our current problems begin with the lies told by Ancel Keys.
They found his so-called test results after he died and they were not what he recommended and not what he followed personally.
Because in the 40s, 50s & 60s, we all ate FOOD. . The stuff in the supermarkets nowadays is processed & very unhealthy. It makes me laugh when I see aisles full of "Healthy food" - what does that make the other 8 aisles ?
Wishing anyone who reads this message good luck, peace and health

Rice may cause issues with brain development in children? Please explain Korea, China, and Japan. Is it rice, or rice grown in areas where mankind has dumped toxic metals?
True. Agree. Because look how many hundred of years. Different countries have different ailments and that’s probably due to the soil and environment type. This video might be valid here and there but delivered so gravely.
I noticed that the creator stated various times that there is little or no scientific evidence to back his claims.

😂 Who the hell is going to boil a banana or an avocado ??
There are also bananas that can be cook these bananas are kardaba bananas, we usually cook them ripe or not ripe. We don't eat them raw. I have banana trunks and also avocado trees.

Apparently soaking also helps - but I question just how much.

How old are you now?
@@angiekitson-harris4257 You have a healthy attitude. Much of what is published on the net is nonsense - or even worse.
I mentioned in a response to this video a few weeks ago about how much the poster stretched things to try to find some validation of the claims.
This is so depressing. I’m 70 already so (without eating junk food) I might as well enjoy life and face “the inevitable end”.
But healthy food can he good. someone said the best spice is hunger. you can still moderate amazing seafood, meat once in a while, healthy dessert berries and creme fraise, pecans w real maple syrup etc.nthink of your favorite soup. Anything bac can be copied at home. Craving potato chips make potato slices at home. Once every so often is is ok to treat

What is your opinion of dadvicetv on you tube video.
I am diagnosed with stage 4 CKF. However my potassium levels are chronically low.(3) and my phosphate is normal. So I am told to eat all the potassium I can get plus I’m on a pharmaceutical potassium supplement. So this vid should be titled how to lower your potassium.just a note… I eat a half of avocado 3-4 times a week and I have lost 15 lbs in the month and 1/2 since my diagnoses by eating lentils (I use them for my meat in many dishes like tacos) Avocados and fruit smoothies with spinach etc.
Doctor can't help you they never help they only try i say try to control but never cure anything. They will tell you to stop eating this or that to control progression of a disease but than quickly will come up with advice to stop eating other things which they will say is effecting your other body parts or parameters. Ultimately everything will be banned.
Just found out my levels are low also. I don't understand because I eat high potassium foods.
Probably no one should be eating spinach considering its exceptionally high oxalate level
@@toma.6942 I’m just seeing this comment. I’m so sorry. Turns out if we’re deficient in magnesium our body won’t process potassium! Which also makes our blood pressure hard to control AND can cause diabetes too!
So I recommend 200 mg of magnesium citrate after breakfast with at least 8 oz of water, to help our digestive and blood sugar get back right. And 200 mg of magnesium glycinate at night for sleep, heart, anxiety, stress etc.
Turns out magnesium is needed for over 300 processes in our body!
And unless our diet is high in lintels, black beans, avocados, nuts and seeds… we’re definitely deficient!
If you’re not too high in phosphate, I recommend going to sour dough bread.
It feeds the good gut bacteria.
And watch your sodium!
Not so much as your sea salt but the foods you eat in restaurants or packaged food from store! God bless!
@@DeAnnaYah well my levels returned to normal on potassium . I had too kidney stones. I have condition which causes them fast . I drink so much water and don't drink alcohol. Or caffeine

Many kidney related videos are so black and white. It is more helpful to explain why something is damaging and how to reduce or choose to eliminate from a diet. That approach is much more helpful, than saying don't consume at all.
I was stage 5 ckd and slipping further at each lab due to listening to very outdated and ill informed doctors and nutritionist. I began researching molecular breakdown, oxalates, etc., what was absorbed where in our intestinal system. Then I began to slowly eliminate all foods, keeping only ruminant meats, rendered animal fat, and salt as needed, for one month. then began reintroducing a food one at a time, kept a food and reaction to food and weight with measurement diary. Found the best balance for my own body and within one year my kidney function is now stage 3a and improving still. I lost 90 pounds, and went from size 20 in pants to 14. I am sticking to what worked for me, which ended up being what some call a strict carnivore diet. I dont say diet, I say a clean way of eating. FYI Stage 2 is "common" or "normal" decline for a woman my age. (65)
If i were just starting my kidney improvement journey, this would have been a video I kept for reference, even though AI mispronounces vitamin as vytamin, like a european. Good decisions and good health to all.
Do you think your kidney improvement was due more to your weight loss rather than just the carnivore diet! I have ckd and some other healthissues. I'm trying to lose weight because I honestly think that's they only thing that will help my ckd besides limiting or eliminating certain foods! I no longer eat bananas and potatoes maybe twice a month. Other people with ckd said in other comment threads that they reversed their ckd with carnivore and others said with vegan. I'm trying to do something different to help myself!
@@cindychristian1700Knowing your blood type, then the diet for your blood type. A's are vegetarian, O's more carnivores. Them what meats are safe for you and what to avoid, same with plant based foods, preferablely organic. Avoid GMO's period.
Vytamin is the proper way to say it. We in America bastardise many words in our language with laziness and ignorance. Slough is pronounced Slaow, not slew. A city once bombed out in England is Slough. If you say Slew, well, you might get looked as ascanse. We really fell apart with the language when phonics were no longer taught for proper reading. Confusing…. According to this video these foods can affect my kidneys but I have high blood pressure and was told by doctor to eat these foods to lower it so my hypertension wouldn’t affect my kidneys. Which to believe?
I’m Asian with no kidney disease and my grandfather died at 92 yrs old also did not have kidney disease - we eat white rice daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1 loaf of bread is equal to 1 cup of rice . 1 cup of rice is filling, while just 1 loaf of bread is not satisfying so you will tend to consume at least 2 loaves of bread to make a sandwich to make your stomach feel full. Rice is just rice, while bread which westerners eat as staple food contains oils/butter, salt, sugar, and other additives/chemicals which is why they are obese. We don’t eat brown rice yuck!

My son faithfully stuck to the kidney diet that his doctor gave him and he died on the operating table having a stent for dialysis put in. The horrible food they recommended got him to that point.
So terribly about your son and the horrible advice given by his doctor. The truth of the matter is the medical system wants to keep us sick for profit!
sounds like we are on same dietary régime. After many decades of destroying my system on standard American diet and the infamous food pyramid and shopping the middle aisles, I feel so much better now living as low carb as reasonable.
I am so sorry for the loss of your son. Ignorance, pride, and lack of wisdom is the reason so many doctors misdiagnose illnesses. My heart goes out to you.
So sorry for your loss. May God be with you and help you.
I'm sorry for your loss. TY for sharing your journey. Most helpful dietary tips
I suppose I’ll stick to drinking water and eating ice 😂
Thank you. For sharing the research .Yes everything should be taken in moderation.
#HealthyDiet is about balance, controlled debauchery and discipline. Have variety of food in moderation and right amount. Long live @everyone!❤️
"live long (and) prosper" ??🖖🖖I think that is what Spock said in a Star Trek eposode !! ...I don't think he included the "and" but I am sure that is what he meant...🖖🖖
I would suggest to have a deep breath from nose then hold it for 01 minutes, then breath out completely from mouth, finally breath in both from nose and mouth then breath out slowly fro. both as well, so 02 times a day without any physical food which can let you all live long 😂
I’m glad to hear from you , knowing all this things , the good the bad and the ugly of our kidneys functions is a must to know and I know much of you’ve mention but still a lot of things I’m missing so yes thank you .

THIS IS VERY ALARMIST.
How would they get viewers otherwise?
It sems that there's a big conflict in the Diabetic diet & a CKD diet. What's allowed on the diabetic diet is prohibited on the CKD diet and vice versa.
👍
Yep. And diabetes is one of the major causes of kidney failure. It's a real problem.
What is CKD?
@@Cryptogally Chronic Kidney Disease
chronic kidney failure. 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Could yoiu produce a list I could copy please.
It make me smile when these videos say, talk with your Doctor about this. There is probably no more than a handful of GPs in the UK that would want to discuss chronic kidney disease. My surgery at the time was monitoring my kidney function but the bad state of my kidneys was never revealed to me, until I discovered it by accident talking to one of the receptionists. Since then several GPs have said "it's stable don't worry about it during which my eGFR has descended from 48 to 31 nearly at stage 4. They are not interested until you will require dialysis. The lesson is, insist on on discussing it with your GP, ask why you cannot be referred to a renal specialist, or a renal dietician.
Most GPs are pretty much incompetent to discuss diet. All they are trained to do is throw pills at symptoms, not find and treat the underlying cause of the problem.
Fortunately, my insurance allows me to consult with specialists without any referral.
Discuss nutrition with your doctor and he will know nothing in fact he'll just turn against you for eating healthy.
This is true in USA as well. Dialysis Centers are a HUGE money maker today!
I am going thru the exact same things. Drs in USA telling me stage 3 , there is no reason to see a specialist! Says I am not severe enough yet! Drs exact words to me. Drs before told me labs showed declining kidney function. She said “there is nothing to do now, I found what was causing it, now it will go back to normal! SHE LIED. My current GP will not even give a Referral to see a specialist. These Drs are trained to make you wait til you get on Dialysis then Kidney Transplant, where all the money is made for our wonderful Health System

Grams not helpful as i use teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, etc.
Many thanks for your suggestion! We went with grams since we referenced scientific papers, but we'll consider suggesting more everyday measurements like teaspoons, cups, ounces, or bottles, just like you mentioned. Appreciate it a lot, and hope you have a great day!
