    R and d ancillary centers lo work chese scientists and technical staff , university lo professors these ppl will have high salaries so buying land nearby these centers will be profitable in my opinion

    Pharma employees don't want to stay near to Pharma companies .Nearly 20 kilometer away from companies.

      As per Surbana Jurong Masterplan they provided enough buffer zones within 19333 acres sir. And Already HMDA zone area from Kandukur-Meerkhanpet is under Conservation Zone sir.
      And main important thing is this is GREEN PHARMACITY model Sir.
      Already 19333 acres divided into 4 parts which have UNIVERSITY and TOWNSHIP area beside PHARAM NIMZ. Which clearly indicates no need of extra buffer zones.
