It is really disgusting to asked some money from Tourist who visited Srilanka..This happened in Nuwara Eliya station. Station Master explained how the signal worked He Shawed it to the German tourist.He was interested in how the signals works At the end he finished the talk then he asked money.Tourist said I have no money from the tourist.Then he gave 200 Rupees. I hope this video will see some one in Railway managers. Do some thing to stop this currption.

As a kid in 90's me and my mother used to travel to see my grandmother in Bandarawela (near Ella) in school holiday season, as a kid it was a great experience to witnesses the beautiful train ride, back then it was less populated and relatively thick vegetation & more cooler climate

Domi we use to live in Nuwaraeliya before 2005 . I use to hate that train ride .because we used it regularly. But now I laugh for myself when all the foreigners are crazy about the seanaries. Those days it take around 12 hours to reach Colombo from badulla. Sometimes more than 15 to 20 hours😅😅 It looks like every local is loving you. For your gentle approach. Yes bakery on wheels all ways play all around srilanka BEETHOVANS FUR ELISE. God knows how we found that master piece. From the time I can remember this music been played on all bakerys on wheels.😅😅 Hope you enjoy your staying in srilanka. As much as we enjoy all the videos on your chanel. You are a real loveable person I ever found on UA-cam. Hope you visit SRILANKA with your family one day. Good luck for you. With lots of love .

I am pretty sure that is not the lowest class ticket. You can't reserve lowest class tickets, you have to buy on the day of the journey and no guaranteed seats. What you have looks like a first class ticket

And I want to share some two important travel points once you traveling here. * River / waterfall Bath once you traveling here specially don't going to bath unknow places including waterfalls rivers without asking and checking the safety because water level increasing in a few seconds and its too dangers to bath. * Travel by train near door (outside the door) Everyone like to go near train door because to see most impressive views. But there are some Bridges, trees ,light towers ,walls, tunnels and etc. So be careful once you travel near door(outside door) I am going few hikes including Adams peak. I am happy to invite. If you interest you can join. Thanks !!!
