- Join us as we explore the new Fiesta Night themed dinner buffet which is only offered on Tuesdays at the Rampart Casino in Summerlin, just a short 20 minute drive from the Strip. To note, they even have other specially themed buffets like the NY Deli and Aloha nights. This is one buffet worth checking out!

You definitely need to go back for the Aloha night on Saturday. Da Chef is from Hawaii and the authenticity to local style food is fantastic. The Palm’s speciality night for Hawaiian ( EOM ) is slightly better but that only happens twice a year. Save some room since the best part are the desserts at the Rampart. Worth the drive if you have a car since it is so far.
I try to avoid added sugar and was pleasantly surprised by their NSA desserts. Regular desserts are great too!
Hard for us to get there Saturdays since our ‘weekends’ are Tuesday and Wednesdays. But, good to know! 👍🏼

@Bill&Lisa, you two do the best food reviews. Bill, my husband, said he would've had the turkey & cranberry sauce. All they missing is the stuffing, lol 😊. The food & desserts looked good.

Thanks! Upgraded to the DJI 2 mics, has noise cancellation feature now. Seems to work pretty good. Put them to the test in the upcoming New Orleans video where it was pretty loud in the background.
Everything looked pretty tasty. I am a fried chicker person with mashed potatoes, like Bill. It is a go to for me.

Rampart's been a hidden gem for over 20 years. Its back gardens is the best walk in Summerlin. Glad to see it getting some love!

We try to stay positive in our reviews, feels much better than being negative. lol
I know you were likely joking about saying how some places aren't fatty or tender enough to be called "prime" rib and should be choice or select rib.. but just in case, the "prime" in prime rib isn't referring to the grading. It's referring that the cut is from the primal rib section so even though the meat grade is choice or select, it can still be called prime rib as long as it's cut from the correct area. Keep up the great work, love seeing the hidden gems!

That buffet looked delicious! I also noticed that some foods didn't seem to be grouped by kinds of food. That can make a difference on how you enjoy your food and the experience. But, overall it looked great!
Agreed. A walk through of the whole buffet line will be helpful in getting a game plan together. 👍🏼

The good thing about it not being crowded is that there is no line. The bad is that the food is less fresh because they aren’t turning over the food as often. Looked good though!

Definitely remember the Caesars buffet pass. Never tried it because I couldn't eat that much to justify the price, at that time. Seems pretty cheap now.
Did the buffet pass, I think only once. Dinner and breakfast at Paris, then dinner, really don't remember. Paris buffet was underrated.

I love buffets, I will go to one any chance that I get , But I have noticed that in the pasta sections there is never any tortellini.,,, I wonder why.

The south point breakfast buffet made me sick in June. This place has the meats not Arby’s . The desserts look good
Aloha night is my favorite. Only $33 is a steal imo. Prime rib nights are good too. I had higher hopes for the lunch for only $22 but it didn't offer any premium meats so the lunch is a skip imo.
I'd like to see Bill and Lisa re-do on Aloha night and rather than do it by station, scan the entire buffet and eat in a couple rounds. Aloha to the ohanas!
@gregdrivesdriver5104 aloha has similar offerings but adds 10 or so specialty items. Pulled pork, kalbi, pork ribs and others. I posted a short video of the offerings with no commentary. Great value imo

The food at this buffet does not look appetizing at all. Definitely cannot compare to the Wynn buffet which is the best in my opinion.
