Tunneling under the Little Cataraqui Creek, Front Road bridge and the rail line

This video shows a 2.4 metre tunnel being bored under the Little Cataraqui Creek, Front Road bridge and rail line. On November 10, the tunnel was advanced approximately 13 meters below ground from the launching pit and extended 210 meters to a receiving pit. A 1050 mm watermain and 600 mm sanitary sewer forcemain will be installed in the tunnel in the upcoming months.
