Incon these guides are tremendous. Very well done, very informative even for experienced players like me. I pick up new things I need to be doing all the time. Keep it up please, these are the best out there.
Just wanted to correct something you said at 9:47 about Apollo's 3. It does decrease enemy movement as well as increase ally movement speed. But only in the AOE at the end of the attack. Not during any part of the slide itself when you are able to knock people up/damage.
If I remember correctly, Apollo Ult actually has a 45 second max duration even if you have the mana. Or at least it did a few years ago. Only possible on the infinite mana game of the day mode.
@@matthewcorb718 when its unlimited mana events on smite, i have used apollos ult for like a minute or so and i dont fall. i dont know if it is cause of the event but yeah
So Apollo is actually my favourite god to play in the jungle right now. It's not meta and probably not good at higher levels of play but in low to mid-tier casuals, it DESTROYS the enemy team fight potential because of how safe and mobile you can be.
@@insolidusyt I just meant that incon is really good. I know apollo is easy, honestly all the gods are pretty easy once you know what their kits do. But ya incon is just really good at the game
I know a few players who have played consistently since beta, go tryhard in ranked, and have never gotten to Plat V. Some people are just bad at the game. They may really enjoy playing, and might even be considered veterans, but that doesn't automatically make them better. So any time I see someone use "I've been playing since season (x)" like it's supposed to validate how good they are at the game, I just chuckle. That's not to say you're bad. You might be extremely good. Just don't use your Smite age as an indicator of how good you are. Because it doesn't work like that.
Not a mechanical one, no. But in high level ranked games, where player skill level is roughly the same, it's important to build as efficiently as possible. Because 7 times out of 10, you'll win or lose a fight because the enemy had an extra 10 protections over you, or you had 10 more flat penetration than them. In a fight against an equally skilled opponent, the more efficient build is the one favored to win. If you overcap your atk spd by 10% for an extra 20 power, but the enemy built 10 more pen and 15% lifesteal w/ 10 less power than you, then they have the statistical advantage, even though you technically hit harder than them. Overcapping is a min/max thing for higher levels of play. I wouldn't worry too much about it in casual games or low level ranked.
Why is transcendence is mandatory for using such as is the abilities of was some hunters in so game called is Smit edit: I'm sorry for anyone who had to read that.
Kinda true though, having trans early is amazing for your ult and you can rotate to either side lane really fast. In duo you need dev for sustain so you won't have trans until way later in the game
jeez incon no offense you’re speaking so weird you’re like wELL i like to max his 3. why-is-that? well it-is be cause it is the the mo st agg ressive abi li ty in the ga me
It's a speech technique. Sometimes people emphasize syllabi in their words when trying explain something and do something else at the same time. It allows them to shift their focus on and off of their words while avoiding long pauses or filler words that lose the audience's attention like "like" or "umm". It can be hard to understand sometimes, because it feels like they're talking in slow motion or trying to waste time, but you should get used to it eventually. Try sitting through a few conference lectures. If you thought this was bad, those will drive you insane. Lol.
Zero Policy wow dude thanks for pointing that out. it seems this will be more familiar with me as i’m going into college this year. i might actually find me myself using this a bit in presentations considering that i abuse filler words lol. makes sense now. thanks lol
I love how descriptive you are making these guides. This is clearly a cut above the rest that I’ve seen. Please continue to do this

90 seconds now if I remember right
Apollos ult does have duration, me and my friends played apollo on motd with unlimited cooldown and it lasts for like a min or so.
Didn't actually know about backdoor protections; knew that pheonixs took varied amounts of damage, but was never sure of the reason why
not only the birds also the towers
This video was so informative that it was crazy, thanks for the knowledge, keep with the great content.
That gold fury "tanking" is new for me
Thanks
Tried this and got absolutely clapped by a Merlin cuz my jungle refuse to even pass through my lane. Casuals are so fun sometimes /s
Dunno why, but this comment had me LMFAO
Amazing! Awesome guide! Please continue with those guides! They help a lot! GG!! 🙂
next video “ Ares mid: the OP guide”
Are you using normal cast for all your abilities? Is that what you would recommend I general? Thanks
So happy your doing these videos now
How am I just finding out Apollo ult needs mana lol. Great vid also :)
This title gives me LIFE
Hey bud, I love your videos, thank you for this one specifically. Would you still get trans in solo lane after Devo?
I meant duo, not solo sorry.
would you now use atalantas bow instead of executioner?
hey whats auto attack? is that the normal attack , and mez or mess ? idk what that means , sorry im newbie
You are a great teacher Incon thank you 😊

"EASY PEASIE LEMON SQUEEZIE" Incon makes it look so easy. Then you try it yourself
I did. Apollo is super easy to pick because his kit is pretty simple. My K/D ratio on Apollo is not too far off from Incon's because he is that easy.

I once went Apollo trans and the whole lobby cursed me out like I haven’t been playing the game since late season 2🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

is there a negative to over capping in smite?
Yes since you’re not building the most efficient build possible
Not a mechanical one, no. But in high level ranked games, where player skill level is roughly the same, it's important to build as efficiently as possible. Play cerberus as jungle

Why is transcendence is necessary
It has Mana and MP5 I think, and also has good stats and a nice passive
The mana allows apollo to fight more and it allows apollo to last longer in the air with his ult :)
how are u so good at this game when u only have your eyes open half of the time, lmao, no hate xD
