Qck qstn re the Kampa Classic Air (used it now a couple of times since buying from yourselves & been pretty much successful). One qstn though regarding the black ground straps at the awning sides -- do the rear back poles slot into the nearest eyelets or are the eyelets meant to be merely pegged down? Sometimes when we pitched these straps are stretched tight about 4-6 inches of the ground. Any advice around these straps would be appreciated.
Ideally the rear back poles will marry up with the eyelets on the black webbing strap but when you have caravans with different heights and campsites with uneven pitches it sometimes doesn't work out. You can simply just put the foot of the rear poles to the side of the strap which will still allow you to get a good seal down the side.
I thought it was just my pump that was rubbish, I'm sort of glad they all are!!
