Norma Jean Monroe You can find a lip pencil with any lipstick kit, just use your favorite red lipstick then put lipgloss, the lipgloss she used in here is in the description and after that take a brush and pat glitter on the lipgloss and add more lipgloss on top to make it more shiny. I don't know the lipstick or pencil she used but you can just use your favorite red lip pencil and lipstick or find one with the closest match to hers.
I think glitter lipsticks suites only the celebrity's not for us.....a simple red lipsticks is good choice for any situation....like eating, drinking, kissing someone. N much more..... BTW its very cool mam...
