《笑傲江湖》蘇文慶 曲
作曲者以金庸小說「笑傲江湖」為音樂標題，發展出令人讚嘆的武林新音樂！書中正有一高人擁有驚世駭人的絕頂功夫，他的功夫「琴中藏劍，劍發其音」琴劍交融之境界而被江湖中人論道。
「樂中藏意，意表其音」要讓聽眾懂得你的音樂，百聽不厭，這恐怕也是作曲家想要追求的最高境界了吧！
全曲分為四段：
行板：青山隱隱水迢迢
自由板：空谷幽幽金玉鳴
快板：林間竹聲劍音起
中板：笑傲今宵我獨行

笙感觉很好听，以前农村过红白喜事就是传统乐器笙、唢呐、梆子、搽锣这些东西，现在都被西洋乐器取代不说，还演奏的不伦不类。现在农村能见到传统乐器也就是结婚迎亲的时候，出殡送葬的时候。

Two questions:
- is this instrument also called sheng, or does it have a special name because of the prolonged mouth piece?
- where was this recorded? I'd love to visit that place to hear the huge church organ; it must be the largest in the world?

specifically it's called a gao yin sheng, literally meaning "high-pitched" sheng. You can read more about it on the wikipedia and also search many other videos of this sheng (I play the zhong yin sheng which is the alto/medium-pitched sheng)

Where would I be able to buy one? There aren't any lot of Chinese music stores where I live or where I go to school, and it's hard to find a gao yin sheng or a zhong yin sheng online. It's on my list of instruments to learn (I love Chinese music; I'm currently learning how to play the dizi, but I want to learn the xiao and the sheng after I improve on the dizi).

kanna Sheng is not as cheap as other chinese instrument. 36 pipes gao yin sheng is around 4,000 dollars, zhong yin sheng mostly served for orchestra.

去中國化很棒啊，中國不過是台灣的一個元素之一，台灣容納了明鄭、荷蘭、南島語系、日本、國民黨敗軍 ... 這些多元，造就了台灣無可比擬的高包容水平

@@pwcmeta2468 也是，故意的中国化或者去中国化都不是特别好，毕竟岛内还是有不少大陆过去的人。我觉得贵岛应该会像美国一样发展出一套和大陆不一样的文化体系，确实没有绝对的必要按某些人想的那样去因循守旧。

Actually, traditional chinese orchestras use the Ge Hu instead of Cello but yeah, the cello is replacing the gehus
