Solid work - my dad is Mr. Tommy Bahama. Before I studied abroad he bought me a TB luggage set and when I got to Amsterdam everyone was making fun of me.....because he got me the womens set by accident.

My dad is now 60 and we get to do this together. We use his margarita blender from the late 80s still, we get to hear my wife say “I can’t believe there’s two of them.” Not sure how it all works but once you become a dad, no matter who you are, this is what you morph into.

My dad died a few years ago, pretty young (just turned 60), and that was literally his everyday outfit for the last five years of his life, lol. I don't know if it was the chemo or what, but he started wearing Hawaiian shirts, shorts and those "explorer" hats and never stopped. It was so cringe. 😆

Can't relate, my dad only ever has 1 beer unless its the annual fishing trip up in eagle river, and he will have 2 oktoberfest beers.
My dad had one can of cheap beer after work before starting dinner. Mom would get home and join him in the kitchen. Have a gin and tonic. Never saw them drunk. Then I married an alcoholic, sigh
@@recoveringsoul755 the boomers can't understand while their millenial children feel the need to have more then 1-2 drinks. The morning after weddings the boomers are usually good besides your 1 or 2 uncles and most of the millenials now In their late 20's/30's are hurting with a hangover at the post wedding breakfast.

@@eightyblox6829 at 21 I could have 12 drinks on a Friday evening and could be well enough to drink all day Saturday and have a few drinks chilling on Sunday finishing up errands to get ready for work on Monday. Late 20's, after my 4-5th drink, I swear my hangover will last 1-3 hours longer after every single drink after you hit the 5 drink mark.
