This is incredible you should be extremely proud of yourself you're already ahead of a lot of people. I'm 30 and just now was able to buy my own home so it took me A LOT longer unfortunately due to bad financial decisions and shitty jobs which made me feel like I wasted my 20's...and believe me it goes fast, like insanely fast after graduating it's like someone speeds up time.
It's tough out there but I managed to secure a two bedroom home which I am super excited about. Best of luck.

If you come to my state (SC) BMW would be a good job for you to start off. I personally wouldn’t stay in a warehouse for too long. Research some trade schools that interest you and put that work in ✊🏽
