watching this from an engineering standpoint, specifically geometry handling and how to prevent rollovers in any vehicle (I'm not including any electronicy stuff ESC etc. just geometry) this video is really interesting because it shows #1 that it takes ALOT to tip one of these offroad machines #2 it seems to always be a certain set of events that lead to rollover, the suspension systems are so good though. Modern cars (amongst all the other tests) always get the tilt table test for safety ratings etc. I would love to see a comparison car vs proper off road vehicle like the ones in video, I could do the maths, but imagine the offroaders would be at least 3 times better. Modern road cars are good, ESC etc. but I reckon manufacturers could learn alot from this!
