Jahnavi Harrison at Janmastami Mantra Lounge 2019, Dragon Hall, London

Sri Krishna Janmastami is a major festival in the bhakti yoga calendar which marks the birth of Krishna. Temples across the globe welcome millions of visitors for the celebration, with the festivities continuing until midnight. Last year we had Jahnavi Harrison as a special guest for our Janmastami Mantra Lounge. She shared a beautiful rendition of Govinda Jaya Jaya - a song praising Krishna in his form as a cowherd boy and protector of the cows.
