It's called "Primal Stalker's" Chest piece I think, I added a "Sith apprentice dye" on it to make it look gray. You can get both on the cartel market or the GTN for either 1,440 cartel coins for the whole set or or just the chest piece for about 80-100 mill depending on who's selling it. I was able to get it for 200 mill I think but that was for the whole set.
