Overthinking is big prblm i am also suffering from that problem sometime i think a lot on any little topics and make the topic more negative its problem anyone have its solution then please suggest me . Very thankful😊
There are many ways but one of simplest way is to see whether i m going to benefitted by thinking Is thinking on this going to benifit in any way,simply put question mark whenever you feel you r thinking And after consistent effort you will be able to control your thinking But you can't control negative thoughts to not come if they are self occuring or self generated you have to just let them go eg that they are not going to benifit me or not going to solve any of my problems and I will waste my time in mind

She appears to be a nice kid. It is remarkable how these innocent kids transformed into the cruel, insensitive and inhuman sections of the Indian society after joining the bureaucracy who have no qualms about taking bribes by abusing their power and position.
Kid? What do you mean? She is a full grown adult, must be at least 26 years old, considering she has given 3 attempts after MBBS. We don’t even call youngsters in their late teens as “ kids” , let alone a person who has crossed the peak age of youth ( 18-25) and is a mature adult. “ Innocent kid” would seem more appropriate for a 26-month old and not a 26 yr old.
