Candace is one of my top five all-time favorite WNBA players. And as a Midwest basketball fan I was really over the moon excited that she was able to come home to Chicago and win a title for the Sky.
As a Tennessee basketball fan, I love seeing her achieve all these things and going home!

The ☕️ on USA basketball was so necessary. She’s been slighted by Geno and when Geno has been confronted on having UCONN favoritism he has been dismissive and saying he doesn’t think any other roster could get it done. He made excuses. When there are a handful of other players that could def help win gold. Candace Parker, Kahleah Copper, Jonquel Jones, Nneka, Courtney Vandersloot, Ali Quigley, Dewanna Bonner and so on.

Might wanna look at that 2016 roster. They were loaded. There was no room for Vandersloot, Quigley, Bonner (who want to play for Macedonia anyway), Copper, or Parker. Nneka should have made the team but it’s only so many spots. Crazy everyone blames Geno but forgets Dawn Staley was his coach who chose the roster as well.

Let's not forget she overcame all the odds as well. I applaud her for story. I believe that Candace Parker will be in Basketball Hall Of Fame, a good mother of 2 and her name and legacy will live forever.
Candace had absolutely no defense on why Dwight Howard was left off HER top list. Taylor cannot call her the best analyst and accept a no answer for why. Thats absurd!

I don’t think it was even a news story for 2 days when she left 😂. Candace a great sports personality and athlete but the majority don’t care about the WNBA.
MVP should also be a good sport. Tearing a door up is not a good role model for young kids to look up to and I am not saying DT isn’t great but look at that aspect.
