I think a lot of people just use it and don't really know what it stands for, so you're not alone :) The CAPTCHA system is getting overhauled though. AI is good enough to solve most CAPTCHA systems nowadays.
I'm a business owner nowadays, but I do hold a handful of these certifications, along with a Comp Sci degree. Most of my tech background is in software development & manufacturing. My fiancee is also a senior BA in IT, so I might have her make some of these with me :) If you have any video requests, feel free to let me know. :)
also he showed up and immediately started putting out decent quality content quickly.. pretty much every youtuber i've seen starts out making something really weird and/or bad. it makes sense that he's separating content by subject matter, the youtube algorithm is pretty bad at telling which categories videos on a channel you're actually interested in
Chloe beat me to it, but yes all of the CompTIA exams have exam objectives documentation showing people what they will be tested on. Just make sure you get the current one, you may have to give comptia your email address to get access to it. Pretty sure that's how they're doing it currently.
This is actually one of the easier ones. There's some really nasty scary certifications that even 10 year veterans are afraid of. You're not going to memorize it all overnight if you're new to tech, just keep exposing yourself to the material and sub to various tech channels and just listen casually. Even if you only absorb 10% of each video you watch, it'll still add up in the long run if you keep at it.
