Even during the Lahaina and Kula fires and other times when we have been without electricity for a long time ( in Kula, Maui) the county parked tankers with potable water in easy to reach places. They have done this for as long as I can remember, it is convenient and works well - are they saying they intend to discontinue this ?

cost too much. even when heco rapes people with high electric bills, they still cant afford it.

Return our water back to all streams and gulches as it should be..pray to the Gods that our islands be nurtured.
