My B&T SPC PDW SD SBR has been in jail for the last 8 months. I can’t wait to get my hand on it. About another month to go. Yes, this is now my personal B&T channel. Great video as always on cool gun.
Going back and forth between the two platforms on your video, the audio signature is very similar (likely equivalent down-range but louder at the ear). The B&T is doing remarkable well for having a more compact slimmer suppressor. There is also an APC9SD option that uses the same suppressor as the MP5SD. I think the benefits of the better trigger, ergonomics, and controls make it a better option overall than the H&K, especially in semi-auto.
Could NOT have said that any better Mr. Bill! Exactly the same way I feel. I think the MP 5 has been in production since 1966, or the main platform scheme has anyway, which speaks volumes in itself on its abilities. However New technology & innovations are needed to keep moving within forward progress. I own the B&T and I used the MP-5 for several years in my many protection roles, hands down, B&T runs over the MP-5. Again, MP-5 is no junk pile at all. It’s an amazing piece, just the B&T runs better “FOR ME!” That’s all that matters to me, I can be max effective with it. Others may be more effective with the MP-5. For the young Operator or LEO just starting out, plz do not ever “Settle” for something just because of price! Go run the weapons and see what suits “YOU” the best! You cannot put price as a factor when you’re in a protective role. 35 yr Operator & LEO here. K-9 Handlers, plz use & train with a suppressed weapon, you will thank me for it later & so will your Pup! Either of these weapons are amazing for Dog Handlers. They are lightweight, quick, durable and both are super quiet. It help keep your K-9 Partner focused on his tasks. If you only train on his purpose task, then you get in a “Real Time” shit scramble, and have to shoot, that’s going to throw your partner off balance. Train with what you’re going to carry when working. GOD Bless
I have an SPC9SD PDW. It's an awesome rifle, but don't expect it to be movie quiet. I can shoot mine without ear pro, but just barely. It's definitely louder than a standard non ported barrel shooting 147gr and just barely quieter than shooting supers through a standard non-SD barrel with a standard 9mm suppressor.
I live & Breathe B&T. From my everyday Duty Pistol (MK II 9mm) to this ApC9SD. As far as being expensive, no, it’s quality! When my life depends on a weapon working EVERY TIME VS. MAYBE WORKING EVERY TIME, I do not mind spending any amount of $! The Guys that have been mortally wounded or crippled, bc the extra 5 secs it took to clear a malfunction, would most likely agree, that an extra $1,000 to $1,500 would be gladly paid, in hindsight. GOD Bless anyone ever hurt or KIA, by having a malfunction. I’m not making light of your situation, or trying to exploit your tragedies in anyway. Protecting & Serving is my Tradecraft, the last 25 years. I’m trying to educate that 22-23 yr old new LEO or Operator, who thinks these types of things never happened! When in fact, they do every day! Just giving some real broad scope information to the conversation. GOD Bless you ALL! Stay safe!
I love my B&T. What I find funny about the suppressor my FFL said when it first arrived: it looks like a stick grenade. Since mine is a double/single action SBR, the trigger is… interesting. One thing not many know about B&T sights is even when folded down, there are peep sights.
try the magpul mbus pro, they should fit all the way in the front. I have a SPC9 PDW G and the mbus pro fit on the handguard all the way on the front, no problem with the charching handle there...
I shot some SD B&T in Switzerland (they are pretty common here), the APC9SD long silencer is the quietest, but he don't ran any ammo, and it seems that is more quiet than the MP5SD... SPC9SD and GHM9SD are pretty close, no jam, same can (more noisy than the long can APC9), but the GHM9 is more confortable to shot, less recoil, smother experience. This is also the cheaper.

We've got a B&T fully integrated .308 sniper rifle coming, if you want to test it out. They made a few for a select military mission and we #NatuvInc ordered one of the remaining few to showcase to agencies.

B&T SPC 9 it is the larger version from the B&T SPC 9 k. K is kurz in German which means short. 😉

They only come semi. I’m an SOT Manufacturer. It was a lot of measuring and machining. 👍🏼

It comes in full auto options from the factory? I was under the impression the SPC9 was not "full auto rated", due to what some UA-camrs said.
It does not. This was a conversion that I did.
