Maharashtra government is busy building 3rd airport , high cost sea bridges, bullet train etc but they donot care for common people who travel by British era electric local train .
Great video.. by the way, one small correction in your video title.. the most populous city of India is Delhi, not Mumbai.. but Mumbai has the highest gdp in India
Hello! To our understanding Mumbai is the most populous city, Delhi the most populous metropolitan area. Regardless, both are huge 😊 Thanks for watching our video!
Hello. It was fun to watch this video. Though I am not a Mumbaikar (one who lives in Mumbai), anymore, I reside in Maharashtra and had lived in Mumbai for few years. I hope that you won't be offended if I point out few things misplaced in this video. Let me list it out: 1. Though one can see pani-puri in Mumbai everywhere, it did not originate in Maharashtra but have it's roots in North India, most probably in present day Bihar. 2. The function which you see on the station is not a religious one but it was to celebrate the birth anniversary of Shivaji Maharaj, one of the most revered kings by the Marathi people. He was the king who influenced the local masses and with the help of the common people rose up against the big kingdoms which existed then. He was also known a very tolerant king who had officials from all religions and castes. His legacy is now being politicized and used to spread hatred now. It seems that the program is being organized by the members of the Central Railway Train Motormen union or organization. 3. The VT station is renamed not just as CST but as CSMT (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus). 4. The building opposite the CSMT station which you mentioned as a post-office is not the GPO (General Post Office) but that of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation ( BMC), or Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai ( MCGM) is the governing civic body of Mumbai, the capital city of Maharashtra . The BMC is India 's richest municipal corporation. Its annual budget exceeds that of some of India's smaller states. 5. In the street food you could have tried the south Indian dishes which are less spicy and oily. Also you completely missed the meat based street food. (non-veg food as it is popularly called in India)
No offence at all, thanks for your detailed comment, we are always keen to learn something new and unfortunately the info we find online is not always that accurate.
We have found different sources about this topic and it seems that the largest city population is Mumbai while the larger metropolitan population is Delhi.
Love you guys ... From France 🇫🇷❤️
