Already readed this part in her book, but hearing the sadness in her voice kinda broke me again💔 I’am so gratefull for her being in my life and helping me through a lot of stuff what is going on in my mind, and I really think we can all learn from each other and always look for the positive❤️

The fact that she has a "weird" side and suffers mentally on occasion is so relatable. Couple that with being down to earth and naturally beautiful and surely you have the closest example of perfection?
My freckles (and brows) are the ONLY thing(s) I like about my natural appearance. My Mom used to call it my “freckle farm” and told me I had “movie star eyebrows” (I’ve seen and known people with way better ones). As someone who struggles with Body Dysmorphia, I’m happy that Jenna addressed the topic of learning to love her freckles and mental health! I can’t wait until a release date is announced for The Fallout. 🤞🏻

i only point my workouts towards my legs bc they are my most insecure part of my body and sometimes i feel the need to HAVE a thigh gap because i’m on social media a lot and it’s right there in front of me ya know? like gorgeous girls with thigh gaps and abs. i don’t really focus on my abs because i can suck in to the point where my body gives off the illusion of having abs and i’ve gotten so used to it that i can do it in my sleep. ok byeee i forgot to do a thigh workout this morning so i’m doing 3 rn.
don’t forget you can’t lose weight in one specific area of your body tho. do workouts for everything and once you start losing body fat you will see changes everywhere

Being self conscious is something alot of people struggle with myself included but you just have to realize there's only one you and your exactly who you are meant to be.
