you need to have 3 prestiges on team to get stopping power. you can get prestiges by getting max rank on a team
oh i thought the stopping power was just for a certain teams weapons, like if u were on e-11 with prest 3 u could get a p90 with stopping power. thanks

AY BROOGLE I GOT IN NU-7 max and erm… i used upgraded + 05 nu - 7 with beacon so i turned the glock in a multi time minigun, killing someone in two shots with littay a titanium plate, i got the minigin to take out 6 CI ay im way too abuseive i gotta touch grass
