Yes! This happens to me. It used to happen with eggs and avocado. Eventually after three hydascans (not sure on spelling), they finally told me my gallbladder needed to come out. I had mine removed in 2021 after I got so bad and has done so much better. However, recently I have noticed those same systems coming back. Gut pain, nausea, cold sweats. Hugs to you! It is awful! Maybe see about an intolerance test to see if that helps, or see a gallbladder specialist and request an ultrasound.
I used to have the SAME issue with eggs. I found that the kind of eggs makes a difference. I believe it has a lot to do with the chickens’ feed…but also, I can only eat brown eggs. Typically cage free, if not free range.
Maybe consider trying duck eggs instead. I watch another creator whose daughter can't eat chicken eggs (stomach pain, etc), but she is doing fine with duck eggs so far.
Hi Abby! I love your videos. I have followed you for years now. I also have struggled with losing weight. I have tried every diet out there. Last summer I started eating clean. I focus on having whole, nutrient dense foods. I have cut out things that are inflammatory and/or endocrine (hormone) disruptors. I have lost 30 lbs and kept it off without counting anything and eating until satisfied. The big culprits of inflammation is processed foods, fried foods, fast foods. Seed oils (canola, corn, vegetable, soy, etc) are extremely inflammatory. Soy, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners. Also I cut out most gluten and dairy. Besides the weight loss I feel SO much better, sleeping better, better moods, I could go on and on. Like I said focus on more whole foods, grass fed meat and dairy, organic vegetables and fruit, for oils use avocado, evoo, or coconut oil. For bread use sprouted breads in moderation (beware of gluten free items). I make my coffee creamer with coconut milk. Use pure maple syrup and raw honey to sweeten things. I also changed my cleaners, laundry detergent, skin and hair care to clean non endocrine disrupting items. I made small changes with each of these things for big results in the end as far as weight loss and more importantly my health and well-being. And it's sustainable because it is truly a lifestyle change. And it's not as hard to stick to once you get in the groove. And especially once you start feeling so mych better! 😊 🙏
An endocrine disruptor is any chemical that interferes with, blocks and/or mimics human hormones. In other words endocrine disruptors can really muck up all your hormones. Female hormones, thyroid, pituitary, adrenals, etc, etc. which control so many things in the body. Add in inflammatory foods/items and it will wreak havoc on your body. Affects your sleep, digestion, moods, etc. Puts you at risk for so many diseases, can cause chronic pain and sooo many other issues.
I couldn’t eat egg yolks when I was pregnant. I puked every time. I didn’t know at first what was making me sick but my grandma instantly told me to stop eating eggs. When I did I never puked again. It was like an old wives tale of some sort but she was right. However a couple of years later I had to have my gallbladder removed. I didn’t have stones it just stopped functioning. I had a HIDA scan to check the function. It was so bad that I had emergency surgery to remove it so maybe everyone else is on to something. Hope you get some answers!
The eggs… crack them in a bowl and the white stingy thing that comes off the yolk (idk what it’s called, I call it a cord bc that’s what it looks like lol!) take a spoon and cut it from the egg yolk and scoop it out before cooking them. I have horrible issues with eggs and was told I had an egg white allergy but a friend of mine told me to try this method and it seems to work. I just don’t eat them often and I buy eggs from pasture raised chickens that eat non gmo feed.
Love these videos! I'm a mom of 3 under 4 years old, and I am currently 160lbs trying to get back down to at least 145, ideally 130 ish. I don't count calories either currently, just similar to what you do, managing portions and picking heathier options! I did want to add that eggs have been killing my stomach..along with pork, beef, even avocados! Anything high in fat, really. Went to the doctor, and I have an ultrasound test next week. But I really think its my gallbladder. The pain is my upper right abdomen and goes up my back. Textbook symptoms of gallbladder :( Maybe you could just get your doctor to have a look, just in case. My "attacks" with pain have only gotten worse since having my last baby. Pregnancy can apparently reduce gallbladder function with some people! Crazy!
One thing to be careful of is having that powder creamer. Where my mom and grandfather worked they always had that and then had gallbladder issues. You mentioned that so please be careful. I have no idea why that happens
My sister had problems with eggs she found out through trial and error that it was the yolk, she can eat the white without a problem..... but I have also hears of people having the opposite issue, they only eat the yolks, but it's much more common to have an intolerance for the yolks....I sure hope it goes away for you though.
I have found egg whites make me sick but if I have the whole egg with the egg yolk I feel fine lol SO weird! So I don't do egg whites alone. What makes me even more nauseous is egg whites and veggies in the morning or just vegetables in the morning in general lol I have tried it so many times but I just can't. So I just focus on high protein, portions, and moving my body throughout the day, workouts during my more energetic times of month and nothing too crazy during my period. Plenty of fat. I feel absolutely amazing. But it took a long time to get here lol everyone is SO different when it comes to what helps them feel their best! However, I couldn't tolerate eggs after my first and I had to eliminate them Fully for months then slowly add it back in and I've been fine since. Losing weight and postpartum is a huge shift in the body so maybe the body is being extra sensitive right now, which is understandable!
I eat egg whites every morning like 3:00 and I get very gassy from it but I don't stop eating it but I noticed that if I drink seltzer water after I release that big burp and I think that's your problem you're getting that big gas bubble try drinking some seltzer water
I have an issue with eggs too! I have loved them all my life and then after my 3rd baby (boy) about 8-9 months PP I started having debilitating stomach pain and I had an allergy test done. Turns out I'm allergic to egg white protein. I still try and test it out (he's 14 months now) but I regret it! I don't notice the eggs when it's in cakes either so I don't really know what to do! I love them and miss them. Keep us updated!
I noticed when I eat the Aldi eggs I get worse than anywhere else which is weird but it happens to me and I have to sometimes take a break from them but yeah the yolk is usually the problem.
Hey Abby! So that coffee thingy you showed, accelerated tub, can you drink it alone with a cup of water or do you have to add the scoop to already made coffee?
Mine was milk or ice cream. Not lactose intolerant but same thing happened with diahrea. Now I'm 64 and having creamer issues I'm what it is but I'm taking hormone replacement t cream with turmeric and collagen just drives me crazy too
Is there a recipe for the buffalo chicken dip you had for lunch? I know you just threw it together but it looks good and I didn’t catch all the ingredients you put in?
My gall bladder is out now. After about 6 to 8 months of eating only bread cheese apples and water and 30 lbs lighter. The GALL BLADDER is weird crazy thing. Check it out
Eggs mess me up too. Same type of thing. I love eggs but they make my stomach hurt. I don't get sick tho. I can eat eggs in things like cakes and whatnot but... boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets... all mess me up and it makes me so sad. We have never figured out why... my doctors are stumped so far
Oh my gosh the egg thing is scary I hope it goes away for good! A lot of people have egg allergies or intolerances and do good on duck eggs you can give those a try!
Sounds like you have food borne allergy to eggs--either the yolks or whites. You should have an allergy test done. Ask your Dr. about it. Take Care and Love your videos 🤗
@@JamieC444well my i have max 5h eating window between 1pm to 6pm ( i am working nights well i mean fro. 7pm to 3:30 am so i sleep during the day well broken sleep bexause i have school run ) , mostly i am trying to consume more egs and meat sometimes i have 2 meals sometimes one it depends on my apetite and in fasting window at work i drink water and herbal tea's( fyi this is my secong language ) :)
This is way too much food for weight loss! If I ate even 2 of those tacos then I wouldn’t have dinner, definitely not a big plate of carbs maybe just the salad and a few meatballs You need to try intermittent fasting, it really helps put you in tune with actual hunger cues. The way you inhaled those tacos like you hadn’t eaten in days… you just had a huge high protein breakfast… you are emotionally eating likely cause of boredom from staying home all day!
Depending on what your average calorie burn is, which is different for everyone, that may not be too much food. Also carbs affect everyone differently. Lastly, be very careful with fasting, it can and does cause liver damage if overdone or done incorrectly. The best weight loss will always be exercise and healthy eating.
Plus she is 5' 9". That's pretty tall. My daughter is that tall and she had to eat more or she got to thin. Not to mention this lady also works out. She needs more food, gosh give her a break.
I totally agree with you! I was a stay at home mom for quite some time. I know all the work it takes. She’s a very hard working lady! Triple points from me to her.

@thelifeofruth things that are not endocrine disruptors

Mis type I eat 3 whites, the slizter soda 🥤 helps release that gas bubble I get from them..try drinking the some it helps
I can't eat eggs either. The Just Egg plant based egg replacement is really good and it's high protein low carb.
Hey Friend, Happy Thursday. I love these types of videos and seeing what healthy options you eat in a day. 😊❤
It could be what you’re feeding the chickens…that happened to a couple people I know. They can only have pasture raised eggs. Thanks for sharing
Love these videos
Hi. I want to say that the skinny syrup cause stomach issues I went thru that. I stopped using im fine. ❤ I love watching your videos.

You’re in Texas, right? You could try raw milk or raw kefir. Or raw milk yogurt. Helps a lot with gut health, and it might help with the egg problem 🙂
Try Egg Beaters. So good. They have some with veggies in it.
I’m so against counting calories!! I’m glad you aren’t!❤️
Girl! Same happened to me except I had allergic reactions to pickled jalapeños? Hives and everything and then it went away after a few months!
I’m forgot to ask, what the watermelon drink for? What does it do?

Try duck eggs some people are able to tolerate them vs chicken eggs
Yes!!! Same thing happened to me with bananas!!! The pain was the exact same thing. I’m too scared to eat them now haha

Same with me! What about other foods? Carrots?

My husband recently has become allergic to eggs, or intolerant rather. Gives him diarrhea. Makes it hard to figure out what he can eat for breakfast
I feel like this only when I have hard boiled eggs. It's so weird
I can have fried eggs no issues.
I have the same issue
I always loved eggs. All of a sudden about 8 years ago, I would throw up everytime I ate them. Even the smell of them makes me gag.

All the drink additions are very expensive 😜

Find a farmer to gets eggs from
It may help your issue

Eggs are a common allergy for people. But it’s usually the egg whites! Try just the yolks 🤍
Sounds like gallbladder attacks. I would get a second opinion.
