Tag trailer with a custom hydraulic dove tail add

I modified a tilt trailer that had a short dove tail . I cut off and added a 5 foot hydraulic tail using a 12 volt hydraulic pump for lift. I plan on putting diamond plate for decking and adding a winch too.

Will the dovetail stay and pin in the up position ? It would be a nice back if I haul round bales of hay

The ram is totally undersized if you want to lift anything more than that tail gate.

Awesome work! Are you for hire? I want one of these done to my custom car hauler. Did you build the "stop" or "block" for the cylinder or did it come with the cylinder? If it came with it, where did you buy it? Thanks

If weight is put on the ramp/deck is the weight on the cylinder ? .b
