I already made a small version of the bag with flat handles, but I really wanted to learn how to make handles with your cords, which would have made it look so much better. l got problem before attach the second ring. When stop crochet in round, 8sc in back loop, ch1 and turn, 8sc in front loop, but you only got 5st when you attach the ring.
I'm trying to figure that out too. What did you do?

Sorry, but I have a negative comment. I've tried several times with this tutorial even in slow motion and I've wasted a lot of yarn. I have the purse part finished, but I need a different pattern for the straps.
