    This is a low impact walking outdoor workout - No jumping, just a brisk walk. Although it's intended as an outdoor virtual walking workout, you could make it an indoor walking workout for treadmills, too. It's beginner-friendly walking. Walk at home into the neighborhood. The scenery keeps changing, so this a no repeat workout. This is a 30 minute walk after dinner. There are many reasons to walk after dinner, walk after breakfast, walk after lunch, or walk after eating any big meal. Workout at home, walk at home. You can walk for digestion. You can workout for weight loss. Workout to lower blood sugar. You can have a mindful walk as well. Boost your mood, enjoy the guided walking tour and virtual exercise - have a happy walk!
