    Austin Rivers is like J.R Smiths 3pt shooting. Inconsistent, but when he is on fire, it is a beauty to watch.

    • @largec
      @largec Рік тому +1

      How can you say that, J.R. Smith, is a way better consistent shooter then Austin, and his form is way better looking, Austin has an ugly looking jump shot.

    He should and could be the rookie of the year. Only thing holding him back is himself. With him it's mental... It's confidence.

    Solid combo guard, he just never got the right minutes to prove how good he was until this 2015 season. Wish we got more of this out of him later in his career but coaches never gave him the minutes or let him play freely like he is here

    As much criticism as he's gotten, I really think that overall you really have to respect the fact that he's got one of the best crossover moves in the game.

    • @BillRussell-tronm
      @BillRussell-tronm 9 років тому

      Pewd iepie most 3s that clipper wings get are super wide open and almost always passed into. Those kinda shots are easy even for people without shooting form like Austin

    THE SPEED!!! THE QUICKNESS!! It's insane lol... Irony. But for real tho, I've loved austin rivers since he was a high school product. Knowing his dad from being a magic and Celtic life long fan and an obsessor as well; he literally chilled with pierce, allen, Garnett, rondo, Davis, house, tony allen as a high schooler. Imagine how much knowledge he gained and experience no doubt alone... His nick name is sub-zero because the cross over is so Niice and smooth... Smooth iice... 😆. He's def going to be an all star and a gold medalist for our use team... Coached by doc as well hopefully...

    Wow he literally does the same move every time. Cross right to left, hop step to left handed layup off two feet. I guess if it works keep it going. Its not like anyone is scouting him anyway, he's the least of their worries when your talking about a team as powerful as the clippers. If I guarded him I would shut him down and pick that crossover every time. Oh well, Guess NBA players dont study enough tape.

    • @michaelneff270
      @michaelneff270 9 років тому +1

      Lmao you forget he's In the NBA.. I'm sure he's been scouted, its the NBA. But fr tho try and guard that man I'm sure he's stronger and more athletic than you. NBA players all have some sort of valuable IQ with basketball they find ways to beat you. Even the scrubs in the NBA would be beasts in pick up games #facts

    • @TheBrooklynthrone
      @TheBrooklynthrone 9 років тому +1

      Seth Kardos shut up lmao 99.9 percent of the time nba player even the ones that arent high calibur would go to gym across the country and dominate pick up games...not even top high schoolers who are now college freshman cory sanders and antonio blakeney could guard him...what make you able to guard him...smh stop daydreaming

    A pretty quick first step, I see, he is real good with that mid range floater in the lane, but honestly, he is not the type of player, that can come in, and make a huge impact. So in a sense, I think he is a tad bit overrated, but that is just my opinion.😒😒
