Love this. No matter about anyone's politics, all these comedians were forced to riff on each other and still be funny. They need another show like this where everyone says stuff off the cuff and in the heat of the moment.
They have RADICALLY different comedy styles. Norton is more abrasive and in-your-face, while Colbert is more detached and ironic. I think they're both good, but they probably don't really appreciate each other quite so much.
America solved the warring here in Ireland, which we will always be grateful for 💚... Think it just goes to show supplying arms doesn't help, getting each side to come together peacefully DOES !!!
Indeed he is. I once had a long conversation with him backstage at the old Colbert Report show's studio. Just about anything we discussed he peppered with funny antidotes and humorous wisdom. One of the most entertaining conversations I had ever had.
God damn it, I wish they would release the DVDs of this show. They won't out of personal retribution against Colin for defying the wishes of his producers to "tone down the race stuff". It was the only red-pilled show I've seen in a long time. Its major sin was that it had conservatives who were funny and not getting their shit pushed in all the time to show the obvious superiority of the leftist position. RIP Tough Crowd.
correct nme if im wrong, but linda makes an appearance in louie as her character affirms that "niggas dont tip" her character is the black waiter in the comedy cellar soooo....coincidence?
Found it weird the only person he wouldn't laugh at is when Norton made a joke. Some were bad, others quite good. I don't know, just seems like he hated him.
i'm starting to vaguely remember this. wasn't there a time when poor video quality led to everyone sounding like they had a lisp? help me out with this one. i'm having vague remembrances.
Wow, there was a time when Steve didn't have chuck schumers hand up his but and made him talk like a puppet on late night. He was acctualy funny. Who knew???
If Comedy Central were to do a show like this today, it would be awesome as hell. I think bring in two conservatives and two liberals and it would be really cool.
Never watched this episode but I can't imagine Colbert surviving this gauntlet... Greg was as sharp as they come. He was a fckin' Harvard Graduate. You throw in Jimmy and Colin. I can't imagine Colbert holding his own and surviving.
you realize this show was back in 2002 and 2003.Chapelle only did Killin' Them Softly and wasnt yet known for Chapelle Show... Chris Rock wulda been great though. He's never in any panel shows though.
True that, yet although this show has been cancelled for almost 10 years it's still got quite a following on the internet - I think that Colin's and his guests' no holding back and no PC bullshit attitude has a lot to do with that.
"You don't want people knowing that you may like certain things" - and Lo and behold! 10 years later, we successfully turned it into the most profitable non-oil-based business of modern civilization, thanks to our desperation to socialize with peers through a box connected to a web of cables instead of face-to-face in person.
I busted up laughing when Colin fucked up at 15:35. "Can you use it in a sentence." Lmao! It's no wonder they pulled this show off the air, they constantly slurred their words, slouched like they didn't want to be there and fucked up all the teleprompter readings. Love these guys but god damn they were so unprofessional lol
I'm sure you're right. In my opinion Colbert killed on this, and he's not the same type of comedians those other guys are (he doesn't really do stand up like them)
I've been loving watching episodes of this again on youtube lately, and while I agree with a lot of what they say normally, I was pretty disappointed by the Middle East segment. Colin opens with a punchline about expanding settlements in Golan Heights, ignoring how that's literally the biggest problem in this conflict and it's been the main roadblock to peace. Then we go to the guests and they're blaming Palestinians and pigeonholing them as terrorists, with Colbert seemingly as the only voice of reason. Giraldo does have the one line about them not being able to drive. I guess it's mostly Norton and Quinn, just seems like they're way too quick to blame Arabs. Would have been nice to have Patrice here.
I like Stephen Colbert more after watching this. His comments, though obviously sarcastic, hint quite strongly at legitimate anti-zionism. I think Colbert is on our side, in fact. No wonder his show is tanking.
When I was about 12 or 13, this show was how I discovered all the comedians like Norton, Vos, Giraldo, O'Neal, and DiPaolo. Great show.
Yup. I'm 32 now and this show molded my love for comedy.
This video reminds me of how much I miss Greg Giraldo. He was my favorite comedian when he left us.
Ron Burgandy oh ya then he said and its not douche anymore its freedom rinse
19 minutes 20 seconds he said some very strange stuff predicting his own demise Maybe
@@snowtheman8292 he said hilarious stuff, but this is a common theme in a lot of his acts.
Could you make pauly shore your favourite next
@@davehallett3128 Jesus 😆
"So American Jews can send their kids there to be more Jewie"
OMG, I'm dying after that lol!
You know why I loved this show? Because every episode had an air of "wanna see what WE got away with" to it. So fantastic.
Giraldo is a king
+Jeremy Fischer RIP
Yes, and Colin Quinn is the fucking man also.
Steven Colbert was great here. I remember when i was 13-14 I saw a lot of these, its great to see them again now that I'm older.
colbert sold his soul
Comedy Central should bring this show back.
AGREED!
Who'd you put on as regulars?
yes bring Patrice back))) PS show wouldnt last 1 episode))) its too offensive for this time) by the way notice how CC solves it now. all black cast))
@@mrpicky1868 I know comedy central is a huge powerful company, but i don't think it's that powerful and are able to resurrect patrice
@@trickster6669 who is gonna resurrec comedy central, now ?
The Roast died when Greg died . They were never the same again.
No one seemed to catch Colbert's William Buckley impersonation at 9:55.. the dude is so quick and pulled that out of his ass from nothing. Brilliant.
DAMN, GIRALDO AND COLBERT IN THE SAME ROOM XD
Norton's dressed like a bus driver that just clocked out
Always
Look! Its Ahab!!
Giraldo graduated from Columbia and Harvard in law I'm gonna guess he's pretty smart
But then he decided he d rather be a human being than a lawyer
Smartest guy there. Conversely, Norton is the dumbest there.
Colbert is also brilliant
@Smokeanaut agree to disagree. Norton is a dolt and a clown.
jim nortons joke about driving a stick with a hole in your hand was fucking hilarious!!!!!
Love this. No matter about anyone's politics, all these comedians were forced to riff on each other and still be funny. They need another show like this where everyone says stuff off the cuff and in the heat of the moment.
God damn, Stephen can keep a straight face.
Cool to see Colbert holding his own with the others.
MrJeezus geraldo was the quickest
MrJeezus It’s pretty easy to do when you are a soulless vessel with dolls eyes.
He’s also been hilarious
@@MulliComMedia 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 spot on 👏👏👏👏
im surprised i found him funny especially knowing what he has become.
"St Augustine said , stay tuned " ....Priceless
Greg has hinted so much about how the world works , , even more respect
Quinn's impression of Norton was spot on.
Colbert doesn't laugh at a single Norton joke.
+T.G. Johnson No body laughs at Norton.
because he's a Jesus worshipping freak.
Colbert is the Jesus freak but Norton looks like a freak
They have RADICALLY different comedy styles. Norton is more abrasive and in-your-face, while Colbert is more detached and ironic. I think they're both good, but they probably don't really appreciate each other quite so much.
Tristan Johnson you can tell Colbert thinks Norton is of lower class, he's not wrong..
That was hilarious! I was literally cracking up the entire show!
Thanks for the "COMEDY RELIEF" ! GREAT SHOW !
Patrice would have forced Colbert to be real
Hahahha collins imitation of jimmy was actually pretty good
America solved the warring here in Ireland, which we will always be grateful for 💚... Think it just goes to show supplying arms doesn't help, getting each side to come together peacefully DOES !!!
They need to bring this show back for today's issues.
Oh Stephen, so many women (and men) would love to take you up on that offer.
Edgea22 Not me. He’s got the eyes of a doll. Looks like an empty vessel... which he has constantly proven is true with his substance-less personality.
i love this show, for cying out loud bring it back!
10:00 . Anyone else get an actual UA-cam commercial? Well done UA-cam guy.
this is my favorite show of all time!!!
Colbert is so quick.
Yes, very quick... all he needs now it's begin to be funny.
Indeed he is. I once had a long conversation with him backstage at the old Colbert Report show's studio. Just about anything we discussed he peppered with funny antidotes and humorous wisdom. One of the most entertaining conversations I had ever had.

Nick Di Paolo has his own channel here on YT where he makes fun of the left all the time. I wish he'd have some of these guys on as guests.
Barnes was trying so hard. Damn that was cringe worthy eveytime he spoke
This was such a great show, I miss the old Comedy Central.
correct nme if im wrong, but linda makes an appearance in louie as her character affirms that "niggas dont tip"

Colbert has mastered the straight face
Trevor Cory its called dead pan

i love when colin calls out jimmy on scratching his eye... BRING BACK TOUGH CROWD
Wow, there was a time when Steve didn't have chuck schumers hand up his but and made him talk like a puppet on late night. He was acctualy funny. Who knew???
Funny show. Forgot how funny Colin Quinn is. Really made me laugh.
Is it r
Its amazing considering the fact that Colbert actually gave a speech
"O - X - I?!" lol I lost it
If Comedy Central were to do a show like this today, it would be awesome as hell. I think bring in two conservatives and two liberals and it would be really cool.

Colbert was really good in this.
Colbert looks hot as hell here
*Colbert looks hot as hell. Period.
Whenever Colin Quinn speaks solo it reminds me of the music videos in Beavis and Butthead
you realize this show was back in 2002 and 2003.Chapelle only did Killin' Them Softly and wasnt yet known for Chapelle Show... Chris Rock wulda been great though. He's never in any panel shows though.
Giraldo was a genius. Sorely missed.
True that, yet although this show has been cancelled for almost 10 years it's still got quite a following on the internet - I think that Colin's and his guests' no holding back and no PC bullshit attitude has a lot to do with that.
this show was nothing without Patrice

I love the way Norton and Quinn call each other "stupit"
one episode without Patrice and suddenly you cant actually get a conversation lol
Wow this was way back when Colbert was funny
Damn jim got pissed at the spelling bee lol
I've seen this several times and I'm watching it again and I've never picked up on anything
Colbert was smart enough to keep his mouth shut on t.v... but he did agree with him
I don't know if this really was 8 years ago, but Colbert looks really young!
close to 20 years ago.
I miss this fucking show. I also discovered a lot of great comedians from this show. Giraldo, Norton,O'neal, Vos, Di Paolo, Burr. All great.
4:44 colbert isn't joking
so sad i missed this show. it must have been a hipsters paradise.
Imagine how good this show would be if it never got cancelled.
the anti-isreal talk probably was the reason this show was canceled.
i think it was every single unpopular, nowadays unacceptable, views that this show championed.
If anything they are way more anti-arab in the opening segment.
They really could have done with just Giraldo and Colbert.
Vos: Did you spell it right?
Norton: Of course I did, STUPID!
I had to pause it because I was laughing so hard.
wow colbert having his own opinions...weird
Emily Cole unbelievable
Jim was just released from Shawshank
We need this show now. Comedians goofing on current topics.
Someone forgot to tell the black guy this was a comedy show
Finally the problems of the world shall be solved. Thanks JESTERS

"Jake Lamotta's marriage.."
I retract my original sentiment. The show is called Tough Crowd. I think Colbert was in character.
I'm sure you're right. In my opinion Colbert killed on this, and he's not the same type of comedians those other guys are (he doesn't really do stand up like them)
Greer Barnes= Underrated to the extreme
What Stephen Colbert about or if he made it up saint Thomas is so fucking relevant to today
same comment on all these old re-runs: Same issues = 20 years later.
GREER BARNES!
Shame about Colbert moving to boring late night host, he is actually pretty hilarious on his appearances here
6:05 take that John Oliver!

Talking funny is great if you havent seen it yet...its not a show but its a panel of Jerry Seinfeld,Ricky Gervais,Louis CK,and Chris Rock.
