the new weight regulation is going to be interesting. Ducati will not be as quick as before and it will allow some better fights with more different potentiel winners at each race. this year is gonna be fire.
I think people forget why Iannone is called the Maniac 😂

@@Mockle07 That's equivalent to carrying 6 liters of water on your bike. He will notice the tire wear late in the races. Many times, Toprak and Rea can keep up with him early but fade later due to the tire wear.
@@robertwhitten265 The weight difference still favours Bautista. The added weight will be almost imperceptible to him (although I’m sure he’ll make a big deal about it by complaining every week) but to say he has “no chance” is insane. He will be right at the front, for sure.
Not gonna lie, this season gets me pumped already without even trying. It hasn't even started yet! 🤝🏼💀

Haha exactly! A Q tyre is usually worth at least a second, often more.
Without the Q tire, he is mid pack around 13th last time I checked. His only fast times are on the Q.
WSB threatening to live up to the hype this year

Guys can you tell me why did Toprak join BMW and not stay with Yamaha?
He said he wanted to try something different. Plus, I think he knew the Yamaha isn't a bike he could win the championship on again. The lack of power, top end speed, and grip coming out of corners. This is all according to him.
He got frustrated with Kawasaki when they did not let him ride on the Suzuka 8 hrs... he then switched to Yamaha.
Now, i think, he got frustrated with Yam when it seems the MotoGP ride is not going to materialize. He switched to BMW for a new challenge.
It needed a new weight limit rule for Bautista's Ducati considering how light he is (Less weight means more speed) and how dominant he was last year - I never watched it after round 1 last year as Bautista was kicking everyone's backsides more or less every weekend and that just made it dull and predictable. If WSB adopted the same rules as BSB - then watch the racing change!!!!
Were you watching it during Kawasaki/Rea's domination?
If you genuinely stopped watching after round 1 (almost certainly hyperbole) you would have missed some of the most incredible racing WSBK has ever seen. What would switching to BSB rules change? Two riders won about 70% of the races in BSB, it was hardly unpredictable carnage.
