Beerus (ビルス Birusu) is the God of Destruction of Universe 7. He is accompanied by his martial arts teacher and attendant, Whis. Beerus' twin brother is Champa, the God of Destruction of Universe 6.
Beerus is the main antagonist of the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods film and the God of Destruction Beerus Saga but becomes a supporting character in later sagas.

I believe it was Darnell that pointed it out but "Powerlevel on Orion's neck" could be a reference to Men In Black, a galaxy on the cat's collar.

Yep, Khantrast confirmed it in the comments. The cat’s name in the movie is Orion.
