Ok so I see Dan as kind of the leader of the group, at least as in keeping everyone focused and making sure they're taking care of themselves, as well as the getaway driver/pilot. Kevin is the social engineer, using his charm and various personalities to get Intel and the cleaner if anything goes awry and when it comes to Kevin, something always will. Of course he always uses fire to dispose of evidence. Jack is the planner/researcher; there no fact too obscure nor scheme too hare brained for him. Brian's the tech guy and can hack into anything. With his soundboard he can mimic anyone. Daithi is the Irish version of BA Baracus and the weapons expert. He might be the muscle but he's not a thoughtless thug; a running joke has him making great insights in philosophy, literature, and sciences but his accent is too thick for anyone to know what he's saying. All of his dialogue is subtitled.
While this is my head canon I think I owe a lot to the influence of the original A Team.

I've been tiptoing on the line between subscribing or not (not because you're not awesome or anything but because I'm already subscribed to so many people and I'm trying to limit myself) but this totally tipped the scale. It honestly looks soooo good and fluent!! Everyone has their own little thing like Kevin with Willow's lighter and Jack with the uno cards, and everyone's final pose is so great and I just love it great job!!
