AY is a producer, singer, songwriter, and UN Youth Leader advocating for the Sustainable Development Goals - a blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
AY unites musical experience, community development, sustainability education, humanitarian aid and international cooperation. While touring the USA, AY learned that over 1 billion people lack access to electricity. So he began powering concerts using renewable energy, raising awareness about sustainability, and fundraising to bring people electricity. Thus, the Battery Tour was born and has plugged in 17 countries to date.
He is currently making the world’s first sustainable album containing 17 songs, 1 per Sustainable Development Goal, recorded in partnership with the best artists in the world in a carbon neutral way. He’ll be touring to 17 locations across the US bringing music and educational programmes together.
