That's actually my job, I get paid exactly 15$ an hour to make sure 30 children survive.
The average beer bottle holds 355 mL of Beer and its considered that most beers have a 5% content of alcohol, which means they have arround 17,75 mL worth of pure alcohol. Which by the way, assuming its ethanol, it weights arround 13.9 grams.
A baby born full term tends to have 75 mL of Blood per Kg. So taking that babies weight arround 3400 grams in average, we can assume that the average infant has 255 mL of blood.
So, when a baby tak-, I mean, its *Surgically administered a beer* then 7,8% of their blood stream is made up of alcohol (More or less) and has 13,9 grams of alcohol per 0,25 L of blood or 55.6 grams per Litre of blood.
In my country (Spain) the alcohol limit for driving is 0.5 grams of alcohol per litre, which means one of those babies passes the limit by 111.2 times.
A concentration arround 0,31% to 0,45% of alcohol in blood is considered "Life Threatening" so... Yeah. Those babies should have died 19.5 times with each dose.

An RTG isn't a reactor, IMO they're somewhat more interesting. RTGs take a chunk of very hot decaying nuclear material, and essentially surround it with an array of fun little devices called thermocouples. Through clever materials science, thermocouples can generate a tiny voltage when subjected to heat, so they're often used as temperature sensors. An RTG packs an array of many thermocouples around a really angry rock, thus generating many tiny voltages. Added together, you have an incredibly reliable power source that can last for a very long time, which is why they're often used on space probes. The downside is that they're fragile, expensive, and wildly hazardous to squishy meatbags.
