After watching your video I checked and found it missing. The service Centre guy had removed for changing but didn't put new one 8 months back. I have ordered for new one. Request to guide if there will be issues with my car and what I should do now. Thanks.
Sad to hear the incident, I always try to explain that the service center guys are not trustworthy. Sorry for the loss. And yeah... There would not be any problems but before installing the new filter just make sure that it's housing is properly cleaned. Try to vaccum clean if possible 👍.

It's from fresh air vents. Move the AC knob towards recirculation.

Sir, dashboard and AC housing is to be removed for replacement of whole sensor coz it's mounted on cooling coil fins.
Maine apni car ka filter cheak kiya to isme ye just opposite direction me lga hua tha jb maine aapke according esko plat ke lagaya to ye bad small kr rha hai
Sir, reverse fit hone k kaaran bacteria build up ho jaate hain jo bad smell dete hain baad me.
