When we tell people, there are some parts of Nigeria thats so cold like winter, people have to wear jackets, socks etc to keep warm, they dont believe.....they think the whole country is hot like desert. Go to Jos in December you will freez if you dont take thick clothes with you.
Same with Mambila plateau area, that side is even colder than Obudu

      I Fully Concur!!!
      100%.
Between the Crossriver state and the Federal government in Abuja, they should join hands to build a dual carriageway or a 6 lane expressway from Calabar to Obudu!!
They should also build an interstate railway line linking Calabar and other nearby towns to Obudu.
It would make further sense to locate an air strip in Obudu to draw more traffic to the plateau resort!
      👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!

Gov. Duke built an airstrip in bebi which is close to the resort, instead of Gov. AYADE to improve and renovate the airstrip he decided to build a new airport in his own village which is equally close to the ranch, as usual he didn't finish the airport now the area has two incomplete airport. Story of Nigeria!!!

Get lost. Keep your revelations to yourself in your own country and continent. We are sick of your revelations and religion nonsense in Africa. Why don’t you advocate for the revolutionizing of Africa’s technology? Instead of your revelations?

Can you see Mount Cameroon from there?
The investment doesn't seem to have impacted the villages.
If "eco-tourism is the name of the game..." Nigeria should arrive at an agreement where people can obtain a visa to allow them to visit both countries (Nigeria & Cameroon) that particular region is recognised as a "biodiversity hotspot".
Nigeria has a number of national parks that straddle the Cameroon border and Cameroon has arguably more undisturbed nature to view.
Cross River National Park extends into Cameroon and is called the Takamanda Reserve.
You should have posted a link to your trips to Taraba State.

Wondering how they have been surviving in such European weather situation in Nigeria kwanu! They don't need to travel abroad then, anyway, they would cope better.
I didn't find the weather welcoming in Jos too when I visited.
Well, it's only great for tourism. Goodluck to the indigenes. I'm not jealous
