I felt that they should have made this into a six- episode special or something, rather than just a movie, because it can show a lot more about the backstory of Ibuki, and how Takuto is alive
My biggest gripes with the film were: not enough backstory for how Takuto’s back. Not enough time for Ultra rare to do anything relevant. Kourin in particular should have at least got to spend some time with her friends, as Takuto’s return should have restored their memories. Suiko definitely seemed to remember everyone. And of course, more of the actual cardfights and less of an emphasis on the action.
With what's going on in the current anime, I kind of want this to play and encounter fighters to show up out of nowhere and pave the way for the current generation.

wait does the actual animation miss as many frames as this shows? its fine most of the time but when there's any quick movement like the dancing its like a handful of still frames not even showing the full, like, spins they do and stuff!
