    Yaaa sangat tepat itu pak 👍👍 apapun instrumen penilaian semua bisa di kongkalingkong. Gak bakalan maju pendidikan ini pak.

    Sebaiknya Kemendikbud turun kelapangan dan mengajar siswa terutama di daerah dan pelosok untuk memberi aksi dan bukti nyata untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan dinegara dlm 1 thn ajaran jangan hanya membuat aturan yg harus dikerjakan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas yg dididik bukan benda mati seperti yg ada di Kemendikbud hanya benda mati

    Blm ada komunikasi baik antara guru dan Kep. Sek. Klu antara Kep. Sek. dan guru diskusi dgn baik kinerja di PMM bisa berhasil.

    Alhamdulillah ada Prof guru yg sdh sepuh tapi semangat belajarnya luar biasa. Saya juga tinggal 2 tahun mau pensiun tapi saya harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi, terutama belajar di Platform merdeka mengajar dan cara menganalisis Rapor pendidikan sebagai potret kualitas pendidikan di sekolah saya. Dan Alhamdulillah juga mendapat apresiasi Kepala sekolah inovatif tingkat Nasional tahun 2023 kemarin.🙏🙏🙏😁

    Pd akhirnya semua sistem bs diubah . Nilainya . Itu bgmn komunikasi yg inten guru dn kepsek .
    Semua bs diatur bukan fakta fakta lapangan .

    Kalau KS belum PNS lalu memberi nilainya pada guru nya yang ASN masih belum jelas lalu bagaimana ya PROF ( di SD SWASTA)
