You will be breathtaken and in speechless awe in that forest. (I live 25min drive from the south entrance to Sequoia National Park). Stop by for a hot shower and provisions. What's even more frustrating is that the Douglas fir depicted here isn't even a member of the Fir genus (Abies), but rather a member of the pine family (Pseudotsuga menziesii), whose genus name literally means false hemlock! Taxonomists do this to torture us.
My husband just got the mavic mini, because you inspired us to start making videos of our son who is 1yo and has a brain disorder. We still get him out hiking and adventuring which he loves! We want to show the world that there are no barriers in life, only obstacles which you can overcome. Anyways, we are super excited to start using it for our hikes. Also, I will definitely be trying bar shampoo once my bottles are gone.

I have the same shower. I've never had an issue over pumping it to get decent pressure and I am much happier when I fill it with water that is already warmed up. I fill it half way normally and then add some hot water to warm it up to a temperature that I'm happy with.

Elsa and Barren, I have become embarrassingly obsessed with your videos. You both are amazing. Recently I watched a movie on Netflix called “Holiday in the Wild.” It’s such an inspiring movie about doing something for yourself and experiencing things you never have before. Within doing those things, the main character finds her calling in life. I feel like your channel is an extended movie of the same subject. I want so badly to find what I was meant to do in life. To really put myself outside of my comfort zone and learn something new about myself. The first step i’m taking is starting a bullet journal. I am an investigator and my job can't stop because of this pandemic. I have customers that I am accountable for and expect an end result. I put myself out there every day. It's scary, but life has to continue. I just go about it in the smartest way possible. Face masks, gloves, social distancing, sanitizing everything and anything. Seeing you, in the woods, with beauty and peace around you. Ahhhhh....I love it and I'm a bit jealous of it. I appreciate your video's, it brings me to a happy place.

I ordered my firefly cacao yesterday I cannot wait! I gave up coffee a year ago and i'm going all natural with anything that goes into my body. You and Barron have helped me tremendously with food, vitamins, powders and suggestions for relaxing. I love u 3 so much! I'll go date u after I try it for a few days. One thing you could do to help warm the water as well is when you sent it up in the sun, stand a windshield shade(with the silver reflective side) facing the shower. It works great for me!

10:45 - Literally brought a tear to my eye. I live in PA close to New Jersey. My nana just tested positive 2 days ago. Nobody can go and see her. Friends and family are out of work but we are all trying to see the positive in this situation. We are doing home projects, playing online games with each other, helping others whenever we can. Change is scary but we will all make it out appreciating what we have even more.

They have 5 patients and 3 nurses infected was 6 patients but she passed my grandma has dementia very bad . But my grandma is aware of the virus and she is not scared but she is scared for my aunt and for me because I am a pharmacist but I think I’m pretty safe . Sorry for the rant but I felt like you could relate as well . Please be safe btw I’m in Maryland
Strange how the elderly are all testing "positive" and then they have to isolate them. I'm not buying into any of this. Hospitals are paid $13000 per patient that tests positive and an additional $39000 if said patient goes on ventilator.
Up here in Ontario, Canada we use Cedar instead of Fir. It’s great for colds and is supposedly good for your immune system. At least that’s what my Granny told me when I was little. 😊💕🙏

I find that when i go camping its so much easoer for me to eat healthier foods also. We’ve had our Nemo helio for going on 2 years and it’s been great. You can add hot water to it and it holds up awesome. Don’t be afraid to pump it up and keep pumping while showering. I’ve had my Zero for about 5 years and it hasn’t deteriorated one bit. You’ve really got to keep it pumped up to get the right pressure. Also, in cold weather I’ll add a pot of hot water. Makes the world of difference. Love the video. Take care.

I have been wanting to do slacklining for a while, so I bought one during this quarantine and I love it. It IS much harder than it looks. I am just practicing standing on it and holding my balance. Thanks you guys for doing awesome videos!

Hello! A quick tip about using the Nemo XL Shower: Fill your shower, then put it in the car, and park the car in the sun. It warms it pretty quickly depending on the weather. But, it warms the water enough for My Scottie and I. Good Luck! We love our shower

I am very diligent and disciplined, but it is absolutely Barron who I’ve learned all things practical from. I’m also a slob and he keeps things forever tidy. Only a fraction of our lives are featured on UA-cam and it’s my mistake for not displaying more of Barrons features for people to see! I tend to most often film myself and my day, not his.
Im gonna be so proud of you two if you transition your traditional archery into hunting for your meat. I myself am a bow hunter. And there is nothing like drawing on a animal that your going to eat. Hard to explain the feeling. But it's very satisfying. Great video.

We have a Nemo Helio shower also and love it. Sometimes I fill it 3/4 full and then heat a pot of water on the stove to finish filling and it’s nice and warm. All 3 of us can shower without refilling!

Whilst watching this video I had the gut feeling that I just need to get out into the forest and camp more. Well, when this isolation is over.. I find that when i go camping its so much easoer for me to eat healthier foods also. Your use of natural ingredients inspires me Elsa, I'd love more videos about your natural foods you cook with and use, like why you drink firefly chocolate etc. Love your lifestyle so much and its so nice you have eachother ♡

We’ve had our Nemo helio for going on 2 years and it’s been great. You can add hot water to it and it holds up awesome. Don’t be afraid to pump it up and keep pumping while showering. I was really careful with ours at first but they are very well made and hold up. Hope this helped. Happy Trails..

I’ve had my Zero for about 5 years and it hasn’t deteriorated one bit. You’ve really got to keep it pumped up to get the right pressure. Also, in cold weather I’ll add a pot of hot water. Makes the world of difference. Love the video. Take care.

Hello! A quick tip about using the Nemo XL Shower: Fill your shower, then put it in the car, and park the car in the sun. It warms it pretty quickly depending on the weather. But, it warms the water enough for My Scottie and I. Good Luck! We love our shower

Elsa is so much smarter and apparently the hardest worker in this couple.
I am very diligent and disciplined, but it is absolutely Barron who I’ve learned all things practical from. I’m also a slob and he keeps things forever tidy. Only a fraction of our lives are featured on UA-cam and it’s my mistake for not displaying more of Barrons features for people to see! I tend to most often film myself and my day, not his.

We have a Nemo Helio shower also and love it. Sometimes I fill it 3/4 full and then heat a pot of water on the stove to finish filling and it’s nice and warm. All 3 of us can shower without refilling!
I held my breath watching Barron do his awesome tight rope act...or loose rope act 😱. Kept thinking of his foot 🦶🏼 injury. He’s definitely healed🙌🏻🦶🏼😁
