Played this gem in the arcades when it was still relatively new. Loved it for basically everything you note. Great art and animation, great music, fun to play. I never found it easy though, it was a quarter muncher for sure.

Succubus boss was the hardest fight, because you can't charge her like you can the other bosses. This game was TOO smooth. Thanks for reviewing it. You should DEFINITELY check out Violent Storm, because like B-Rap boys, the stages ALL have lyrics in their music, intricate bosses and hilarity all ensue in a pretty cool and challenging beat'em up. Metamorphic Force has great animation, but it just seems a bit too easy.

@@35infinite Capcom needs to put out a 3rd Arcade Stadium. Aliens vs Predator, the Punisher Arcade just to name a few were missing from the roster in the last 2 packages.
At 5:13 there seems to be a character that can be looted. Just like the dwarves in Golden Axe... Think there are a few more similarities between these 2 games, even though Golden Axe was developed by Sega (or Bandai)
