Season 1 also had pre-nerf floating & grapple device so yea but I would say just the passive alone makes him better than bulma. While the bike was broken it taught players bad habits but if you couldnt touch the ground than yea bike was useless
Charming feels like it got shadownerfed. Sometimes it straight up doesn’t stun and sometimes the duration of the stun only lasts for like half a second in my experience

Had 1 game with someone as Satan and I as FPSS Broly. I launched the dude across the map and the moment I noticed that, I just use Area Destruction to finish him off. Beware Satan players if Stage 4 Broly still have Area Destruction or Gigantic Roar.
I wouldn't mind trying to get into this game to learn more but playstation is giving me one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a game. Ques are 6+ minutes for a surviver que and I get kicked 50/50 before the match starts. And odd chance i play a game within a half hour I get wiped instantly. The only way I see this game lasting more than a month before they close it down is if other platforms pop off enough to balance the losses. Also I don't play Dead by Daylight so I don't know if the extremely unintelligent control scheme and the 1990's camera angles are even exceptable.. but I have time to try Dead by daylight out now.
0:30 mister satan has a special animation for punching a raider while not in dragon change. you can see it in the preview of the skill
Hercule isn't better than SEASON 1 BULMA SKIN. Both Bulma Bike and Charming Pose were top tier
I do think his passive might be better than 1 and the belt is very comparable to charming pose so its definetly a close competition bare minimum.

You unlock it, and Mr. Satan once you hit lvl 50 on the dragon tier!
