In one of the deleted scenes planned for the original Cars movie, Lightning gets his body changed to a Steam Roller. He says they took his engine out of his race car body and put it into a Steam Roller. Sure the scene is a "dream" for McQueen, but it doesn't seem to imply that it can't be done. This can imply that, at least in the original concept, the engine is the "alive" part and the rest is acting like a host body.

Just spent the last 2 weeks or so watching SCB from year 1 until now and I must say, I'm definitely finding myself looking forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays now for new content! Keep it up, you guys are awesome!
Terri Ezell yes he considered himself as a car, remember during the time when mcqueen fixing the road he ruined in the first cars movie this was the line bro “im not a bulldozer im a race car”
+MONKEY D. NUTS No, the cars turned into the Borg and took over the world, consuming humans to improve their functionality. After a while the cars forgot about the takeover and forgot everything about humans while still having their personalities, now how they breed is easy, the government hides human breeding camps, once a child is born they become processed into baby cars where they are delivered to the car family, this explains why they have bathrooms and food, fuel and the ideology of death. My theory makes this universe a bit creepy but it explains a lot. Love to hear your thoughts on the matter.
So how does that fit into the larger Pixar theory? I thought cars were machines that needed love from people? Or are they cyborgs and genetically modified snail-people living in car-shells???
So, today MatPat released a vid on Film Theory using some of the same evidence and components of this theory. The difference here is that the other theory elaborates on what they could possibly be and this... gets into some weird stuff. Anyway, the point is not to accuse them of stealing, but to silence the idiots that accuse SCB of 'stealing' when the video is older than Film Theory's video on this topic. Just... pointing that out for some people.
Even with that in mind, I think the videos are different enough. Both shares many arguments, but in the end that arguments are just data that Pixar put in the movies and in the documentary, so if anyone owns the arguments it is Pixar, not MatPat, not SuperCarlinBrothers. Stealing would be something like copying the exact script.
SHIFTWELL. Shifting gears. She can shift gears well, if this is a nod to the Bond girls, that would imply that the cars reproduce by shifting their gears in some way or another.
i thought of it like that too actually. i always try to make sense of every story i watch or read because im a writer myself. and i tend to point out things that make no sense or leave loop holes etc. so i guess im a critic but i cant help it lol. i want to understand a story if i love it right?
Remember that one scene in Cars 1 where a pair of cars lock their doors after smiling awkwardly at Lightning and then driving away quickly because they were scared of him? If they have brains behind their doors, does that mean they were scared of Lightning stealing their brains like some sort of mechanical zombie?
Before Pixar made Cars, they must have gotten inspiration from Thomas And Friends where all the characters are anthropomorphic vehicles with human-like characteristics.
I think cars are like arthropods and are born small and squishy. They are given a manufactured metal outside and need to change it every so often as they grow.
Perhaps the cars are living creatures inside a mechanical shell, sort of like a dalek from Dr. Who. The organic part is born and placed inside the mechanical shell. That explains why they need food. Food nourishes the organics, while gas and oil helps the electromechanical systems function.
I’m guessing that how we have food and drinks they have have food, drinks, and fuel. Food for their organic parts, fuel for their mechanic parts, and drinks that can serve both.
Has the unified theory of Pixar been disproven? Because if not it totally explains this, though the theory needs to be slightly modified. According to the unified theory of pixar all pixar movies exist in the same reality, but they don't realize their relationship to each other. It starts in the past where a mysterious old lady who disappears through doors turns humans into animals. As time goes on we see the animal eventually gain intelligence and sentience, starting with the bugs in bugs. Meanwhile humanity starts to polute the earth eventually abandoning it to the stars in Wall-E where robots are the only inhabitants of earth (until the brief return of humans at the end of Wall-E). Eventually the animals continue to evolve and form a society in Monster's Inc where they use doors to go to the human world, only it's not some alternate dimensions, it's the past of their own planet. The doors are time travel portals, which Boo eventually masters, and in her old age travels back to the past and either by purpose or accident start the process of Monster society. Now here's the modification that needs to happen for this to fit it. Not all humans abandoned Earth. Those were only the pure humans. But this is the future and there are a branch of human who bonded with machines. Cyborgs. The "brains" inside the car isn't an over sized human brain, it's the biological remnants of their human form grafted with the gas-and-oil machine. So having children is a multi-staged process. Their biological parts need to create a human baby do their part, the human baby is born, and is then immediately grafted with a manufactured car. Cars are, in fact, the story of the Borg on Earth.
I kinda like that, but I think they might make babies by cloning and mutating cells of the parents that then grow into the car's outer shell. I can't see how the cars could have "human" sex...
If the cars can feel that means they have nerves. Also, we saw that-WAIT! So, when Mater gets rusty is he losing nerves on his exoskeleton? Is he losing the ability to feel there? Do cars heal themselves?
That was a reference to what a fangirl will do should they meet their favorite celebrity. Flash their breasts. Look at McQueen's face after that happens.
Maybe whenever the memories of that day are emptied into long term when the person sleeps, there's a hole in the ductwork or tubework or whatever it is and the memories empty out into that pit where older memories are dumped to be forgotten.
Sorry for my english im gonna try my best.. The question about the cars growing or not? If you have seen the movie Robots they grow aswell but the are also made of metal . But every year when they get older they get gear for their age. So maybe that's the same about cars, everytime they get older they get bigger gear?
In the first movie Sally invites Lightning to stay in one of the cones and his response was something along the lines of “yeah I’d love to stay with you!.. well not WITH you with you, just at your hotel in my own cone” 🤷🏼♀️ (obviously those aren’t the exact words but it was pretty much the same)
I started wondering that when I rewatched the airport scene from Cars 2 for the umpteenth time. Siddeley audibly feels pain when his tyre gets shot. I assumed that planes were just different from cars in that regard, but then I rewatched Cars 1 and realised that Lightning definitely felt his tyre bursting in the race at the end.
This might sound weird, but I think it might have to do with the fact that the wheel inside the tire, which would be the foot for us, is being directly impacted. Let's say you got shot in the foot (heaven forbid), it's gonna hurt a lot. The same goes for Sid, the bullet would have made an impact on the wheel. As for your example of Lightning's tire blowout, I guess the heat and friction from the explosion would have had an impact on his wheel to cause the feeling of pain. In other words, my theory is that cars can feel their wheels like we can feel our feet, and tires would basically be the equivalent of shoes. But then again, this brings up the question: does that mean trains go "barefoot" all the time, since they don't have tires to begin with?
when 2 cars realy love each other, they going to a factory and they should order thair car child. but they cant order any car they want to, if one car is a Corvette and the other car is Porche thair child must B some thing between a Porche and a Corvette. for example: if Sally and Lighting will have child he must B an American car or German car but he is gotta be a sport model because both of his parents R sport models.
When I was young (and there wasn't any Cars movies) I made a "book" about living cars and their's problems... Now I found it and... I swear to river Styx, my story is ALMOST THE SAME as the Cars movie. That is weird... 😂
Hana Inkognito When I was younger I wanted to be an engineer and make it to where cars could drive on their own and change lanes just by hitting the left or right blinker then sometime in high school I found out that Tesla made it possible and other auto manufacturers are now working on it. NO BULLSHIT I actually thought about this as young as 12 and 13 years of age. That just goes to show you that great minds think alike.
What about that car Mater sees where her eyes are where the headlights should be, you see the inside of that car and it actually is just seats and a steering wheel. I always imagined the Cars went through life the same way as in that movie "Robots" from Blue Sky studios (anyone remember/seen that, it's pretty decent). In that film, as you get "older" and mature, you get different parts to basically represent how old you are, you get "12 year-old parts" to show how old you are so you don't go walking up to a robot thinking he's an adult when he was probably just built yesterday and will just say "goo-goo-gag" to you. I was thinking it was the same way with Cars, you're built by your "parents" and as you get older, you get different parts and are upgraded to represent your maturity, also just like in both movies, your car parts represent how wealthy you are as well, all the very sleek and nice cars are rich (and in Robots, the rich are usually chrome plated and stuff). When a Car's/Robot's parts are no longer being manufactured, that's when they'll start to die as they slowly wear down and can no longer function, as machines do. The only problem with all this is like you said, the tongue, but you see in Cars 2 the interior of a car, and it's unfortunately not organs, so who knows!

Wouldn't cars be unable to drink alcohol without breaking the law though? They'd be arrested for drinking and driving.
Well their driving is the equivalent of us walking so maybe not.
Besides that, they'd also be unable to consume gasoline (usually 10% ethanol to aid in oxygenating the gas and lower un-burnt gasoline emissions).

Just spent the last 2 weeks or so watching SCB from year 1 until now and I must say, I'm definitely finding myself looking forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays now for new content! Keep it up, you guys are awesome!
+Alicia Weidman aw thanks!
you wanna shift me?
+SuperCarlinBrothers I love your videos! Could you do more theories on Star Wars ⭐️
+SuperCarlinBrothers i think cars come from factories
Wait, does lightning McQueen pay life insurance or car insurance?🤔
Both
life insurance because he doesn't consider himself a car
Terri Ezell yes he considered himself as a car, remember during the time when mcqueen fixing the road he ruined in the first cars movie this was the line bro “im not a bulldozer im a race car”
But isn’t a “car insurance “ just a life insurance for cars?
Car insurance because if he crashed he would want to be repaired, right?
Maybe the gasoline is like a sports drink
And oil is.... blood?
@@billkeithchannel more like vitamin supplements
Something like that
It's probably water to them. We need water to live lol
Well no, it’s water to them. Cuz without it, they can’t move around unless they’re electric I suppose
Maybe a human is trapped in each car and that is the form they took after thousands of years
😂😂😂 Reading over it now, I completely agree
+Gabe Newell we want half life 3 Gabe (if you watch the Pixar theory it might make sense)
+Gabe Newell You know what makes no sense? You're not making another Half Life! Get to it!
Love to hear your thoughts on the matter.
you are doing me a frighten
SOMEONE MAKE SOME ART OF THIS
So how does that fit into the larger Pixar theory? I thought cars were machines that needed love from people?
Or are they cyborgs and genetically modified snail-people living in car-shells???
I asked the exact same question
nah m8 I think the humans were becoming weak and needed a way to keep on living. So they became cyborg cars! :D
I hate people including Cars and Monsters Inc on the timeline... because they don't logically fit anywhere.... they feel more like other universes
Well, Monsters Inc is the distant future after animals evolved into monsters and time travel back to get energy.
+Kyle Fielding Definitely.
AquaBuzzardHR I agree
yeah its too bad
I was gunna look at the dates to see witch one was older
Even with that in mind, I think the videos are different enough. Both shares many arguments, but in the end that arguments are just data that Pixar put in the movies and in the documentary, so if anyone owns the arguments it is Pixar, not MatPat, not SuperCarlinBrothers.
Stealing would be something like copying the exact script.
luis enrique vargas azcona whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
SHIFTWELL. Shifting gears. She can shift gears well, if this is a nod to the Bond girls, that would imply that the cars reproduce by shifting their gears in some way or another.
some people feel that cars have a life and soul
The way I have thought of it, the cars are just a physical manifestation/representation of the driver's personality.
*brain explodes*
Maybe that is why in the back ground you see human sizes doors.
i thought of it like that too actually. i always try to make sense of every story i watch or read because im a writer myself. and i tend to point out things that make no sense or leave loop holes etc. so i guess im a critic but i cant help it lol. i want to understand a story if i love it right?
Have a nice day, everyone reading :)
You too! 😋
You too!
Thanks.
Don't tell me what to do
Thanks
I think you guys should do a part 2 of this video. Like if you agree!
Cheshire Cat 5732 but we need more theory's, like something idk make a theory and ask if it's true or not...
The male car puts his drive shaft in the females tail pipe
he'd have to put it in the gearbox, up the tailpipe is anal.
That would be with two male cars.
I'll just stop lol

+Mishkastuff77 you were right the first time
in cars 2 there is a scene where the lady car has eyes as headlights but the wind shield is a window
Ghost Sickness Yeah that's so wierd
Ghost Sickness oh yea, mater got scared and he ran away from her
Mutation of some sort?
Weird ass surgery
Someone on fan fiction did a pretty good story on this type of theory. It makes the most sense
That's a cool theory.
Or it could be somewhat like a turtle or beetle where it grows when they do or they shed it and grow more.
maybe they might be like daleks
Like hermit crabs 🐚
think of the birth of a car like the birth of a robot in the movie "Robots" where the parents order the parts and then collectively "create"the baby
Perhaps the cars are living creatures inside a mechanical shell, sort of like a dalek from Dr. Who. The organic part is born and placed inside the mechanical shell. That explains why they need food. Food nourishes the organics, while gas and oil helps the electromechanical systems function.
+twistedyogert Wow, that's really cool!
That made way too much sense
I loved that movie!
that wat ivwas thinking
Or its a movie for kids and its not supposed to make sense.
true lol
This is mostly for the Pixar Theory.
that is what I was saying this whole video!!
Ikr
Doesn't matter, all things should be judged equally.
I’m guessing that how we have food and drinks they have have food, drinks, and fuel. Food for their organic parts, fuel for their mechanic parts, and drinks that can serve both.
Idk maybe the babies come out the trunk
Shit them out? lmao
+Treena “The crazy fangirl” Turtle lol

True they are really good
+Connor Reynolds Not really, they still have more than 200,000 to go, but they're really close to 800,000 though
Oh, that's been rule34'd already. Is that a word? Is now.
+Me (No, not Ashildr, I had the name before Doctor Who, and I'm not changing it!) extendable car penis ?
that sort of explains where the President of BnL went to (Unless he died...) and anyone else he kept around.
the cyborg car people are what trashed earth
If the cars can feel that means they have nerves. Also, we saw that-WAIT! So, when Mater gets rusty is he losing nerves on his exoskeleton? Is he losing the ability to feel there? Do cars heal themselves?
Omg what does a pregnant car look like? It's like this movie begs for weird fanart.
Dear god, don't give people any ideas.
Wawagirl17 no do give them the idea I want to see that
how about... tire inflation porn? xD

Pavel Linares Makes sense
How about those teenage twins "flashing their headlights" in the first movie?
Oh god..... OH GOD XD
That was a reference to what a fangirl will do should they meet their favorite celebrity. Flash their breasts. Look at McQueen's face after that happens.
CHarles Vitanza So it kinda does help the theory, cars can procreate.
Are those car boobs ??
qwe6348 Either that, or was just of a reference of "flashing" their breasts/headlights.
Ok, I can't help but laugh every time I hear "These socks are amazing." 😂 LOL!
*Or Maybe they DO make kids but actually MAKE them like in the movie "Robots" in the first scene*
I like how you typed the words as if you said them.

Idk why, but this made me wonder: In Inside Out, what happens to an amnesiac?
the pipe bringing the memos to long term is prob faulty
i have no idea either. But the amnesiac probably has extremely messed up emotions.
Good idea, but amnesia isn't actually as bad as Hollywood makes it out to be.
hopefully they see you're comment so they can make a theory ;)
Maybe whenever the memories of that day are emptied into long term when the person sleeps, there's a hole in the ductwork or tubework or whatever it is and the memories empty out into that pit where older memories are dumped to be forgotten.
"Shiftwell" just means he's good at shifting gears.
I cracked up at the don't drink and drive part.
Me too!!!!!!

Yeah man

It was a very clear "headlight" joke.

Izzyizcoming They are lmao. They flashed their lights its an induendo for flashing their boobs lmao
Sorry for my english im gonna try my best.. The question about the cars growing or not? If you have seen the movie Robots they grow aswell but the are also made of metal . But every year when they get older they get gear for their age. So maybe that's the same about cars, everytime they get older they get bigger gear?
And they build their kids
Sounds about right
yea, something like they get an upgrade at every age. (or something)
Yeah, when they grow they need to get bigger engine exchaust system and etc.
Like when insects or lizards shed their skins periodical y to make room for their organs to grow.
In the first movie Sally invites Lightning to stay in one of the cones and his response was something along the lines of “yeah I’d love to stay with you!.. well not WITH you with you, just at your hotel in my own cone” 🤷🏼♀️ (obviously those aren’t the exact words but it was pretty much the same)
Another question: why does puncturing a tyre hurt, but having them taken off doesn't?
Nitro Indigo probably the same thing as wearing crappy shoes I guess. they can hurt, but you can take em off and replace them without killing yourself
Nitro Indigo uu
Headcanon accepted. I have a lot of questions about Siddeley, actually, because that tends to happen when you become attached to a minor character.
He doesn't know what pistachio ice cream tastes like, he just knows what it looks like.
Then how did he know that it wasn't pistachio ice cream after he tasted it?

Oh, I forgot about that one. thanks. xD
I guess I was wrong.
Also, "tasted it"? More like swallowed 5 kg of it at once. xD
what comes in goes out
***** You clearly didn't watch the full movie, because you'd know that it wasn't actually Mater who peed that oil.
when 2 cars realy love each other, they going to a factory and they should order thair car child. but they cant order any car they want to, if one car is a Corvette and the other car is Porche thair child must B some thing between a Porche and a Corvette. for example: if Sally and Lighting will have child he must B an American car or German car but he is gotta be a sport model because both of his parents R sport models.
This does explain why Lightning looks like a mix between a mid-2000s
Dodge Charger stock-car and a early 2000s Pontiac Grand Prix stock-car....
Gil Meiri What would Tow Maters and Holly's baby be?
please remind me who is "Holly" ? i dont know well the second movie

That just goes to show you that great minds think alike.
finally, i'm not the only one that knows what the river Styx is!!!!
Ann Breyfogle I know right
Glad to see that swearing on the river styx is still a thing, thought that ended when the Percy Jackson fandom began dying out.

In Cars 2 Mater was talking to two Lemmings and said their models aren't being made anymore suggesting that cars are built.
Ohhhhh true
Maybe they're just a breed of car that nobody likes anymore?
Maybe all the girl and mom lemons are died so they can't produce
+Singlespeed like animals?
WingedWolf 04 Kinda, i was thinking more of race, but yeah.
(Reply to myself to make sure my comment posts, help me)
+IndianaKong95 I agree!
That sound cool. Maybe when cars reach a certain age they get upgraded or something. (Don't worry dude, as of now your still (barely) on the page.)
