When I saw the title board game grail fireball island was the game that came to mind. Man that was such a a great game!

I'll be 49 years old in n June and these kids really missed a lot in the 80s everything was so much better and Cheaper I remember gas being low as .75 cents a gallon ,now days especially here in California U have to remortgage the house to get some ⛽ 😂

My older brother got FireBall Island for Christmas, we still play it with our kids at family events to this day.

Seriously, just a question, how many vintage toy stores are in your area? Is it like can't miss? And, and if I had not mentioned it before, when you handed out presents around Christmas, a giant tip of the cap. Brilliant.
Dunno if you'd be up for it but wonder if calling ahead and explaining the "craic" as we call it over here would be worth it. See if they wanna do a quick rundown of what they do or specialize in just for people who are relatively local or looking for something in particular. You're even buying in the stores which is great for them.

Down the road is a Flea Market and they have some old toys in there. And your close to the Toy Drop. It’s a nice vintage toy store. Then you got The Toy Pit by my hose. It’s a nice vintage and modern toy store. They have signing from the power rangers all the time.
I picked up a Fireball Island in 2016 for .97 cents at a St.Vincent DePaul Society. I went home and listed it immediately. My girlfriend came home from work and rent was paid, I had pieced it out to several buyers looking for specific pieces. Hell of a find.

GPK series 1, 2, 14, and 15 are the hard ones to find and are correspondingly expensive because of the low print runs. Thanks for the great videos!

And again another awesome intro! Once, at a garage sale, I found an Incredible Edibles 1968 complete in the box and still with the cellophane around it. Incredible Edibles was way before your time. But, back in the day, when I bought it, I was a young mom and I sold it to a dealer for $50!

Family friends had Fireball Island back in the 80's, it's actually fairly boring for a board game. I always liked playing Clue or Battleship.

Killer score! I was in a antique mall today in Olympia, WA and found a section that was absolutely stacked and piled up with all the kinds of things you've been showing in these videos. But did they have any Micronauts or Shogun Warriors? Not a one. They did have a bunch of Starriors in a display though, which was cool because I haven't seen any of those since I played with my friend's when they were new. Anyway, keep up the good work! I know you will.

I played that fire ball game as a kid amazing to see it now. Plus the prices on ebay is crazy!
Fireball Island was the only thing I wanted for one Christmas. I did get it. Found out not long ago that my dad threw it out. He had no idea that it was worth money. I ended up getting the kickstarter. I would someday get the original again.

And I remember that board game causing one of very few arguements between my childhood bess'd friend and I in like 4th or 5th grade. Don't fully remember why though. I think it was about whether to fully assemble first, or play right away. .. Unless, if that was a game that you play using a VHS tape. In which case, it was a blast playing overnight for a small group of us in seventh grade.

My heart sinks every time I see you buy Garbage Pail Kids stuff. I had three shoe boxes full of them. Practically all of series 1-3, including twins, with lots of duplicates. As well as lots of later series, but my collection was primarily series 1-3 stuff, and I lost them all in a move when I was still a kid. Had near complete Star Wars, MOTU, GI Joe, and Transformers figures, sets, and vehicles I lost in that move, too. 😭

This garage sale has a lot of Funko pops that I really like. I have the common Betelgeuse Funko pop in my collection. Next time when you go back to this garage sale, see if there are any Pokémon Funko pops will you? Thanks Froggy Flips, your new friend, Sabrina Griffin. I need a Charmander Pokémon Funko pop for my Funko pop collection. I love that cute Fire type Pokémon, because it evolves into Charizard after Charmander evolves into Chameleon. Charizard is the Flame Pokémon.
