Jim Harbaugh was the coach for the 49ers when James was drafted, I always thought he kept him off the field as revenge for how James treated Harbaugh when was the Stanford coach!!
I watched him in high school at Liberty Eylau in Texas back in 2007 and you'd look down to grab some popcorn before a play and by the time you up he's 80 yards down the field and in the endzone💯💯🙏🏼
I think if the chiefs did not already have tyreek hill he would be getting more play time. I hope the chiefs make the superbowl just so he can get a ring though then trade him too like the eagles or the falcons or something
Lamichael James went to same school as me I was a senior when he was a freshman dude was and still is good. Wish he was still playing. He was quiet in school never got in trouble or anything
Please do a video on what happened to Michael dyer auburn running back 2010. Freshman year won mvp of the National championship game and broke bo Jacksons freshman record. At the end of his sophomore year he was cut from the team and the story behind it is pretty good. It would make for a nice video.
savageaustin19 I know what happened to him. Bit I think it would make a great video for flem to make on what could have been, he actually made it into the nfl.
My high school history teacher was buddies with Kelly (I grew up in the UNH area) and he got to go to all those Oregon games when they were blowing people outta the water with that offense
LaMichael’s SB fumble smh 🤦🏽♂️ He used to struggle running in between the tackles. Niners were heavy with the dive and trap plays. James would have been better in NE in the “James White” role. -Niners Fan
He fumbled a lot for the Niners, that's why he got the boot. I'm a Duck/Niner fan so I got amped when they drafted him. I was concerned about his size though. His contemporary, Jaquizz Rodgers from OR State, was 2" shorter but about 15 lbs heavier, so he was built to take pro hits.
Haha crazy I’m also Ducks / Niners from the time I was about 5. I went to Oregon State but by then I had been a Ducks fan for almost 15 years, I was a second year transfer to OSU and graduated in 2 years, 2 terms so I was barely there frankly lol. I live in Vegas now so it’s even rarer to see Ducks / Niners combo but my entire family (my uncles here, my dad, my cousins, etc.) are die hard Ducks and so is my dad’s office so I just grew up in that atmosphere. And watching Joe Montana / Steve Young. I always wondered why LaMichael James didn’t make it big because I remember also being excited when we drafted him! From my college team to my pro team, what could be better?! I admit I’m OSU with baseball because the Ducks didn’t even have a team at the time, and watching OSU win 3 titles has been awesome so I always root for my Yankees to draft OSU players… but Elsbury dampened things.
I still remember watching his career at Oregon. Even went to his final game as an Oregon Duck against the Arizona Wildcats in Autzen such a surreal game to watch your favorite College Running Back ever. Then he got drafted to my favorite NFL team and the rest is history, played in a superbowl and then went to the bottom right after. Wish he would still try to play
I’m a diehard 49er fan and I remember watching lamichael I always did think he was better the Kendall hunter and he always ran with energy and was so explosive
Lamichael James Went to TexArkana Liberty Eylue HS in Texas. We played them in the 3A state championship. Waco Robinson my HS lost that game 35-34 on a failed 2 point conversion as time expired . We fumbled the ball 3 times and still nearly won it was heart breaking. First team all year to have any success against Lamichael. He had a great first half nearly 100yrds. But finished with just 129 on 16 carries as we shut him down in 2nd half
I stumbled on your channel. Man, your videos are addicting! Can't stop watching them. It's cool to know more info on these guys other than just the surface level stuff. Thanks!
Been watching your vids, great analysis and understanding of the game and players you profile. You cut through the bull and get straight to the pertinent information. Hope your channel really takes off.
I played against him in high school. We beat the shit out of everyone all season. I think we had something like 8 or 9 d1 commits and we had just been moved to number 1 in the state. We played them in the first round and they pulled it out by 3. They went on to win state. Also, his quarterback wound up winning a World Series with the Red Sox in 2013
Yo! That juke at 12:21 was💯%💣 lit! Michael Vick only mad two Vikings run into each other😬. 🕹You just made LaMichael James run through three Arizn🐱a Wildcats 🤯! Big upps to you my brotha. Family First!
Great College RB but he couldn't pick up the blitz in the next level due to his size... I'm a Hardcore 49ers fan and was pumped up to get him but seeing him in the preseason you could see that clearly... Love your videos man!
FlemLo I love watching your videos. If I want to watch some college football videos I go straight to you. Keep making them as long as you can! Q the Wayne
I liked LaMichael James when he was with the 49ers I thought he was the future back once Gore left. My dad even bought his jersey, but I do remember him fumbling in the Super Bowl, didn't cost us the game because it was early in the game but still disappointed he fumbled trying to fight for more yards after his legs were already wrapped up.
Randy Gregory. Might have been a top 5 pick. He was one of the best LBs in collage if not THE best in the nation. where is he NOW???????? AWESOME channel man LOVE what you do!!! sub for sure.
I think that a great video idea would be the rise of Oregon, and how their rise changed college football. I think it's really interesting and I would love for it to be explored.
I'm a 49ers fan and I remember wishing LaMichael got more touches but he had a bit of a fumble problem if I remember correctly. Man I wish that 49ers team was still around.
At about the 1:17 mark, we see something that is RARELY acknowledged these days in Football Conversation. FlemLo gives credit to the coach (coaching system). LET’S FACE IT...maybe “some” of our superhuman QB’s of today wouldn’t be s**t without a coach putting in the right place to succeed.
I remember playing against him in highschool, as a linebacker it was so hard to get him on the sweep. Though I was thankful they ran him up the middle several time otherwise I wouldn't have any tackles haha
I remember being in high school watching Oregon blow up. They had the flashiest offense, the hottest cheerleaders, the best jerseys, and just looked unstoppable lol
Terry Wallace,,,,, That's no lie about Oregon cheerleaders! That is one thing Oregon has always been great at; good looking cheerleaders, in both football and basketball. I remember being 18ish years old and riding down the street past Mac court where the Oregon basketball team played and seeing half of the basketball cheerleaders getting out of a car. The street is restricted use and dead ends at a street that is pedestrian only so I was riding a skateboard down the middle of the road & I got so distracted that I almost hit a parked car, from the middle of the street! It was like a slow motion movie scene. We may not win every year but damn our cheerleaders are next level!!! P
yo flem you should do either nick marshall, michael dyer, or tre mason. tre mason was a heisman finalist, leading SEC rusher for like 3 years and was drafted in the 3rd round but some unfortunate stuff happened after his rookie season but he is grinding back now to get back into the nfl
Hes a super bowl winner of course not as a starter but he still has a ring now, he was a good all around back had good hands great speed and alot of strength behind his running if it weren't for Mariota he prolly would of had a much higher success rate then what he got, the 49ers are some to blame drafting him way high and not giving the man a chance didnt help but he did sit behind gore and even though he hasn't had much time playing as an nfl level running back, itll come late in his career but I do believe he will have a 1000 yard season eventually hes had a chance to learn from so many great backs and great run game offensive coordinators he'll do it I believe
LaMichael was never really given a chance. He was drafted to a loaded backfield and then went to the Dolphins where all players go to end their career. Man I miss LMJ. By the way. Love the channel FlemLo
Let me say that most of these players have talent but only are limited to speed and making ppl miss in college it works but in NFL u have to atleast have some size power ability to break tackles one trick ponyes most times don't work on weakness they work on the same stuff. Ex Reggie Bush was able to be SUCCESSFUL because he worked on getting that nfl power that's needed to make cuts ppl miss regularly and break tackles.
Bro, as a huge 49er fan for most of my life, I was so hype when we drafted him, and equally disappointed when we hardly even used him at all. 😞
We wasted so many picks because of Trent Baalke and the jags are dumb enough to give him a chance
Should have been on the sideline with him. Hes a good guy. I dont think we would have got the title if we didn't have him with us
Fellow L-E Leopard right here!
Saw him play against UCLA in person. One of the best players I've ever seen in person.
The NFL only has 32 teams. Just cause you good, doesn't mean you going to play.
De'anthony thomas dude was a beast for oregon and plays for the cheifs now.
I hope he goes somewhere else and can get more PT thats my boy being I'm a Ducks fan
It wouldn't make sense to do this video on someone who's still playing in the league..
We already know where he's at
But he was NASTY in college and barely plays now so it could work still
I think if the chiefs did not already have tyreek hill he would be getting more play time. I hope the chiefs make the superbowl just so he can get a ring though then trade him too like the eagles or the falcons or something
Hell nah fuck the chiefs im a raiders fan first hahahah but i would like to see him on one of those teams
sorry about the skin tone...didnt seem that light when i was creating him lol..my b

I luv this type of series bro. It kind of reminds me of KTO but with NCAA gameplay. W for the vid
Please do a video on what happened to Michael dyer auburn running back 2010. Freshman year won mvp of the National championship game and broke bo Jacksons freshman record. At the end of his sophomore year he was cut from the team and the story behind it is pretty good. It would make for a nice video.
Kris Shirley He got in a crap load of trouble that's all ik know
savageaustin19 I know what happened to him. Bit I think it would make a great video for flem to make on what could have been, he actually made it into the nfl.
Kris Shirley yeah he was pretty good in college I actually don't know the 100% full details so I'd be interested in a video on him
transferred to like Louisville or Cincinnati or something then scraped his way into the league on potential
Fu@$ auburn
who yall wanna see next?
FlemLo Raps dri archer with the steelers even though I’m a ravens fan
FlemLo Raps Jordan Jefferson LSU or Jeff demps & Chris rainy from Florida
Landry Jones he had ungodly stats in college and now he jus a 3rd string QB
Maurice Clarrett
FlemLo Raps Brandon Weeden from Oklahoma State 22nd pick in 2012 NFL draft
I'm an oregon boy born and raised. Lamichael James and deanthony Thomas where both beast.

Rewatching this again in 2021. Crazy how much your format changed over the years lol
"Behemoth... I've never used that word in my life." 😂😂😂😂
Denard Robinson
Kevin Fingeret he plays for the lion's
My high school history teacher was buddies with Kelly (I grew up in the UNH area) and he got to go to all those Oregon games when they were blowing people outta the water with that offense

LaMichael’s SB fumble smh 🤦🏽♂️
He used to struggle running in between the tackles. Niners were heavy with the dive and trap plays. James would have been better in NE in the “James White” role.
-Niners Fan

I was in 4th grade his freshman year that's when they became my favorite
As a miner fan,it is so hard to forgive that fumble he had in the Superbowl.
That opening was hilarious! I watched it about 3 times
Been watching your vids, great analysis and understanding of the game and players you profile. You cut through the bull and get straight to the pertinent information. Hope your channel really takes off.
My homeboys little brother from Texarkana TX. Won high school championship and was a hell of a track 🌟.
I really like this series
Taylor Mays USC safety
I played against him in high school. We beat the shit out of everyone all season. I think we had something like 8 or 9 d1 commits and we had just been moved to number 1 in the state. We played them in the first round and they pulled it out by 3. They went on to win state. Also, his quarterback wound up winning a World Series with the Red Sox in 2013
Pulled it out?
Lol you had to go beat yourself that self off that night.
So, who is the quarterback?
my god, lamichael James's legs were moving so fast. I enjoyed watching him carry the ball. nice video, Thank You!

I have bad memories of LaMichael James from when I went to that Rose Bowl game as a Wisconsin fan.
Its so sad. He was a BEAST
Beanie wells and Antonio Pittman
Monte Glenn Maurice Clarett and Jonathan Wells
Monte Glenn Maurice Clarett and Jonathan Wells
Antonio Pittman went outta his mind....
Aye he went to liberty elyau in Texarkana they played my brother in state in 06 that man was too cold in high school
I'm a 49ers fan and I remember wishing LaMichael got more touches but he had a bit of a fumble problem if I remember correctly. Man I wish that 49ers team was still around.
Ryan Swope is forgotten
Dylan T he had a heart condition that stifled his career
He failed his pyhisical don’t make fun of me I can’t spell
Dylan T I’ll never forget him he was a key factor in that A&M upset over Bama #Rolltide
I was anticipating this man in the league 😩
One of my most favorite players of all time! Sad to see his potential go too waste! 😭😭

Marcus Vick 👀
NoodleJuice Ent I'm from the 757 like him, he's an idiot who got arrested a year ago but he constantly was in trouble with the law.
I’m pretty sure he got arrested at all mall in his hometown lmao
Can watch these videos all day !
Love the Show! Cliff Harris (Oregon) would be a perfect candidate for your platform!
nick marshall was an award winning qb at auburn and led them to a natty. i think u should check him out too. he plays CB now in the nfl
These videos are dope AF bro
Can you believe that Brandon Jacob's played along side of Carnell William's and Ronnie Brown at Auburn until he transferred
You earned my sub, the effort put into these videos are great
Played against this dude in high school. Super freak athlete
My dad is killer burger manager for him
Seen Lamichael James getting into College Hall of Fame..Knew you would have a video. Only remember him from College
That first TD looked like Beast Mode’s famous run (pretty similar at least) 🐾🏈🔥
I remember playing against him in highschool, as a linebacker it was so hard to get him on the sweep. Though I was thankful they ran him up the middle several time otherwise I wouldn't have any tackles haha

Lamichael was a beast in college, wish he went to a different NFL team and got a better shake at the pros.
I remember this was the 2nd what happened to video 👏🏿💯 I suggested this player 😎 fav player fav youtuber
He also fumbled in the super bowl and it fit the narrative of “smaller RB can’t take hits from bigger, faster guys guys in the NFL without fumbling.”
LMFAOO “I have never used that word in my life” 🤣
yo flem you should do either nick marshall, michael dyer, or tre mason. tre mason was a heisman finalist, leading SEC rusher for like 3 years and was drafted in the 3rd round but some unfortunate stuff happened after his rookie season but he is grinding back now to get back into the nfl
John Boyett DB Oregon. Thanks. GREAT content.
Being a huge Oregon fan, I've got the jeresy he wore, when they got whooped in Dallas stadium against LSU.
He was in Madden 17 as Lamike James in the Free Agents, Madden 18 I don't know, somebody would have too check.

This my favorite RB, I got his Oregon and 49er Jersey,
LaMichael was never really given a chance. He was drafted to a loaded backfield and then went to the Dolphins where all players go to end their career. Man I miss LMJ.
By the way. Love the channel FlemLo
He was one of the best athletes for Oregon football. Marcus Mariota. Him. Top 2
Great video Flemlo bro
Ain't gonna bring up how he also fumbled in the super bowl and then the ravens scored off that fumble. Smh
So who else is rewatching this in 2018 and wondering how FlemLo’s hair grew so much
Solid video bro
Love the channel
He won an NCA championship Ring. Like Freddie Mitchel's the smallest contribution makes great moments.
Michael Dyer Next Please. Also Joe Adams(Most elusive college player since Peter Warrick) & Aldon Smith too.
Marcus lattimore
King Wavy you sound stupid . He tore his acl and every other ligament is his knee. He never played a snap in the nfl
Yeah wtf.. just injuries
King Wavy he’s a rookie, it would make no sense
Let me say that most of these players have talent but only are limited to speed and making ppl miss in college it works but in NFL u have to atleast have some size power ability to break tackles one trick ponyes most times don't work on weakness they work on the same stuff.
