I am doing my second van build, but even with experience you guys are a great resource. I’m doing these rails and back windows for the first time, really appreciate what a great job you are doing! Keep it up.
great easy to follow video instructions..i am binge watching from near London..maybe a rivnut tool would make instalation easier as you wouldn't need nuts insde..
Hi Good video. Pretty straight forward. But my 170 extended has a foam cone around the front pillar that covers the front bolt hole. I’m not clear on how to remove that foam.
Hi guys only just came across your videos on your van build.... just wondering did you do a water leak test on those fastenings areas? because prevention is far better than a costly repair
Really appreciate the videos. Nicely done! When installing the roof rails did you have to remove the Styrofoam covering up by the cab to get to one of the bolts? I’m installing them now in one of the bolts is covered bye that black Styrofoam.

I believe so!!! we removed it when we installed the back up camera so I’d imagine it’s blocking a bolt
Do these come in a set with the left and right rails or do you have to purchase 2 sets? Thank you for your help
They come in a set (both sides) in one purchase
My van has 11 holes on each side but the rail has 13 holes. Did u drill extra holes in the roof
