What kind of clothing should we carry for kids ( age 4 and 1 n half years )? Full sleeves or half sleeves ?

It depends on the month in which you are visiting Kashmir. If you visit there in the month Of June then you won't be needing jackets I guess full sleeves will work but incase if you are visiting Gulmarg then you will need to carry jackets. The weather of Kashmir is not stable at all it might rain any time my suggestion would be that , that you carry some jackets with you because it can rain any time making the weather totally different.
