Indeed his dmg does outsmart lunar, but the cooldown ruins it all. If u could try to get him either true spirit or storm spirit, and if u could get a double trait like sonic 2 and apex (new), gotta be super lucky tho, gl 💪🏻
Guys heres a cheap way to get an insane unit 1 get skull vindicator get him lvl 80 good stats then get tank 1 on him then get storm spirit and here u go a unit with 70 range 226k damage 12s cooldown and 4 placement means 907k damage if u place 4 and max em he will be doin 75k dps most expensive way is apex

Lunar empress is better. He only does 30K more than her, her SPA is half of Skull Vindicator's SPA and she also has a 50% DMG passive buff. I'm gonna admit, he is OP for everything else than infinte, as he is extremely cheap for his OP dps and range.

There is no way Skull Vindicator can be better than any other secrets. It can beat some bad units but not the META ones. He does a lot of damage but he does not have passive or ability as others do have making him the worst double evo ever. Everyone is getting counfused by the damage and range shown making everyone thinking he is the best double evo units. I would recommend Elf Saint or King Of Dragons.
